Nice big room. Good breakfast with a lot of choices. Sits in the residential area and it was pretty quiet at night. Chinese restaurant serves decent food which is value for money.

感謝Elio提前聯繫幫我們安排好了房間，感覺縮短了辦理入住的時間，小童用品都提前就位，不用到房間再打電話問前台要。小童樂園不大，但娃夠滿足，覺得很開心。和隔壁酒店共同泳池，游泳的人會多一點，小池子水温高點，適合小娃在裏面隨便撲騰。晚上的簡餐也很可以，冷菜主食甜點水果都有。早餐選擇很多，很好。唯一不好的是空調反覆運作，温度到了就停，熱了又發力，晚上睡覺一會兒蓋被子一會兒踢被子，對温度不敏感的季節來可能會好很多。

性價比很高的凱悦，訂的嘉賓軒的雙床房，入住之前嘉賓軒的Jett都給安排好了，很貼心。。前台的Kevin Zhou服務也很好。。。自助晚餐的活動絕對值得擁有。。總體來説很愉快的一次入住，下次有機會會再來。

感謝嘉賓軒Jett的精心安排，提前一天就聯繫瞭解需求，得知我們帶寶寶後，給我們提前預約了小童樂園，還給我們升級了套房，房間裏準備了歡迎水果和歡迎玩具，很貼心的安排，有問題反饋也很及時。嘉賓軒晚上餐時也不錯，有六菜一湯，還能升級68元一人享用樓下咖啡廳自助晚餐，很滑啊。

凱悦的設施衞生餐食都很好，前台和房間服務餐飲部都很滿意，但是唯一我覺得不足和有待改進的是泳池這塊，前台對客人來訪沒有敬語，泳池邊的安全員躺在躺椅上玩手機，要求客人戴泳帽的態度和語氣應，凱悦的口碑應該是所有部門共同努力創造而且保持高服務標準的一致性。
