Super nice hotel. Very clean and cozy and modern. Great breakfast options and comfi beds and good Desigs in room. Nice view from balcony. For sure want to come back here for another visit to Cochem. Lots of e-charging stations and Garage for e-bikes.

We stayed here for 4 nights while hiking on the Moselsteig. We found the center of Cochem to be very touristy and noisy, so we were especially happy to stay at this hotel, located at a good distance from all the hustle and bustle down in the town. The hotel itself is neat and clean, and our room was very nice. We particularly enjoyed the lovely balcony with a view of the river. The staff here is extremely friendly, and the service is excellent, especially in the restaurant in the evenings. We also received great service when we wanted to bring wine in from the car so it wouldn’t have to sit in the heat for several days. We were immediately offered to store it in the hotel’s cellar and given help to carry it inside. The hotel has a nice terrace where it’s pleasant to dine in the evening. The restaurant serves decent food way better than what you can get in town. Breakfast is standard hotel breakfast, but we would have preferred to eat a bit earlier than the opening hours allowed. We highly recommend this lovely hotel to others who want to escape the commotion of the city.

I booked the hotel on the day or even on our way travelling. It was spontaneously chosen and turned to be not bad at all. I enjoy the quiet environment here. But locationweise I would not recommend the hotel if someone wants to walk to the old town.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Hegenbarth‘s in Cochem! Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten im Ort, und dennoch ruhig. Alles ist gut erreichbar, und man kann die Mosel und die Umgebung wunderbar erkunden. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr gemütlich und einladend. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass es von den Inhabern geführt wird – man spürt die persönliche Note sofort. Es herrscht eine richtig familiäre Atmosphäre, die dafür sorgt, dass man sich direkt wie zu Hause fühlt. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und herzlich, man wurde überall mit einem Lächeln empfangen. Ein absolutes Highlight war die Küche! Die Gerichte waren einfach sensationell – kreativ, geschmacklich auf höchstem Niveau und mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Es war jeden Abend ein Genuss, im hoteleigenen Restaurant zu essen. Wir sind uns sicher, dass dies nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt war. Wir freuen uns schon darauf, wiederzukommen und erneut diese wunderbare Gastfreundschaft und das tolle Ambiente zu erleben. Vielen Dank für eine unvergessliche Zeit!

Hoch platziert mit einer schöner Aussicht. Familiengeführtes Hotel, sauber, nettes Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Rundum sehr gut. Wir haben mit Freunden ein kurzer Aufenthalt gehabt. Wir Rückkehrwahrscheinlichkeit ist hoch.

Ruhige Lage oberhalb von Cochem. Super Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sehr ordentlich, auch wenn es unrenoviert ist. Matratzen sind sehr gut. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Ein schönes Hotel mit gutem Ambiente.

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen, vorallem das Essen und der Service im Hotel sind Super. Ein tolles, leckeres Frühstücksbüffet. Die Aussicht vom Hotel ist 5 Sterne Wert. Wir hatten ein nicht renoviertes Zimmer, klein aber alles vorhanden.
