Rooms was smelly. wardrobe, windows was not cleaned. The worst thing is breakfast. I booked with breakfast but we decided to leave the property at 6am, so I ask to pack my breakfast for 4 person. The pratha was not baked properly that why no one ate. I ask to pack sandwich and they pack to small sandwich with tomato and some cucumber slices. Two samll cup of watermelon fruit salad.
I booked the property because of swimming pool but they didn't inform me about that pool was under construction.
The location was very interior about 9 km from main madurai haiway with narrow connected road.
Over all experience was very bad.

The clean and spacious room has made us completely satisfied. The staff's communication is excellent and polite. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and delicious. We enjoyed our stay. My daughter left her new mobile charger in the hotel. One of their staff members, Mr. Nehru, contacted us and returned it by courier.

The property is located away from the hassle of the city, best for a calm stay. Rooms are very spacious and have all required facilities of a star hotel. The best part of the hotel is the service that the staff provides. Special mention of Arul, Neha, Riyan from the resturent and Krishna from housekeeping is extremely attentive and focused towards customer support. Good job team. Room no. 310.

The best hotel service at coimbatore I have seen recently. Kapildev, Prasanna, Kalai,Ranjitha,Riyan,Vaishnavi Mahendran Sir (Manager Sir) Food & Service was excellent. House keeping & Room Service was excellent. Room was well maintained.
