"The stay was comfortable and peaceful overall. The room was quiet, which I appreciated, and I slept well during my stay. The room itself was spacious and adequate for a restful stay. However, I felt that the service could be improved, as it did not feel particularly warm or welcoming. Another disappointment was during my stay extension. As an existing guest, I would have appreciated a better rate offered directly by the hotel, instead of having to go through the full online booking process again. Breakfast is another area for improvement, both in terms of food quality and offering more local dishes rather than a largely Western spread."

He is a steady driver, knowledgeable and forthcoming in sharing his knowledge. The Chinese restaurant is great too! Overall, I find the staffs friendly and have a strong interest in fulfilling guests needs."

"I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here. The hotel is smart, efficient, and fuss-free, which made everything easy. The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well throughout my stay. Breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious. "This was the best hotel I could find at this price in the city center of Coimbatore. Compared to the availability of hotels in China (where I was returning from), the options in Coimbatore were surprisingly more expensive, less well-equipped, and offered fewer amenities (no slippers, no toothbrush, no liquid soap in the bathroom, no hair dryer, etc.). The cleanliness of the room was just about acceptable. If the hotel were priced around 2000 INR per night, it would feel like a fair deal. But I paid 320 CNY (~4000 INR), and at that price, I don’t find it economical. That said, there were some positives: they provided an extra mattress for me to sleep on (in addition to my parents), and the breakfast was very good—though part of that may be because I was especially hungry in the morning, and I usually enjoy hotel breakfasts. Overall, I’d say the hotel is okay, but I would recommend checking other deals before settling on this one."
