"Good morning Mr.Nijo Augustin Back to Mumbai after our five nights stay at Annapurna coimbatore from 27th December to 1st January 26. We had an excellent time at your place and memorable sweet time by the very good customer care and hospitality by all the hotel staff. All the employees from top to bottom had given a smiling and pleasing service which reflects a professional approach to maintain a hotel like Annapoorna. It definitely needs a mention for the mouth watering and delicious food at Kove, Annapoorna restaurant and room service served with utmost care and concern. Thanks for the nicely organised New year Eve celebration at Kove and the New year cake delivered at the room reflecting a good sentiment. All the above are possible only when the General Manager of the hotel at the helm of affairs is involved which inspires all the workforce. Congratulations and keep it up! "The hotel's location is convenient and offers easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. I also appreciated the professionalism and hospitality shown by the entire team. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and were very pleased with the overall experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their excellent hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It would be even better if the hotel offered family rooms, as we were travelling as a family of three. Nevertheless, the hotel kindly provided an additional bed to accommodate us. While we appreciated this thoughtful gesture, the extra bed was not as comfortable as a standard bed. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for friendly service, comfortable accommodation, and good value for money. I look forward to staying here again in the future."

"A big hole with everything you’d expect from a Radisson Blu. We had a standard room which was plenty big enough and very comfortable. Big bathroom with separate shower and bath. We used the rooftop pool which was nice. Ate in the hotel as not much around outside it. Food very good. Good breakfast with lots of choice."

"Around 9 people me including my friends booked the bungalow , it was a spectacular place to stay ,with superb hospitality and service from the people . We booked the entire bungalow the place was enormous with spectacular interiors . Mobile signal want that strong but they provided free wifi. The entire house is souroinded bu greenery and large trees filled with lots of birds ,flowers and monkey. Best part was the food they have an awesome cook and service,I had for brekfast and dinner . Enjoyed the stay loved it will definitely visit again . Its the best place to stay id ur in valparai."

"Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The general manager, Mr. Augustine, was really remarkable. He helped me find everything I needed all throughout my 5 day stay. His staff is truly exceptional. The rooms are impeccably clean. The bed is comfortable; the sheets are fresh and soft. The shower is instantly hot, and the towels are the softest I have found anywhere in all of Asia. The breakfast is fantastic! A great variety of South Indian dishes, and fresh fruit, as well as fresh fruit juices. Anything you could want, and the most incredible masala dosa! I didn’t realize this, but I guess this restaurant is actually legendary in this area. This is my third time coming to Ikon in Coimbatore, and I find more to appreciate about this place every time I come. I will definitely be back, the first chance I get."

The location of the bungalow offers an amazing gateway for the family & friends. The manager of the bungalow Mr Arvind and his team Arun, Munish were extremely benevolent, and caring. Their hospitality was warm and pleasant. Icing on the cake was chef Mr Asaruddin’s luscious & delectable food , ❤️. The soups , desserts, salads, pakoras … we have tasted one of the best ghee dosa by the Chef 🧑‍🍳.
