The hotel seems new. It is not in center of town, but not far from it. Not many shops nearby. The rooms are spacious with smart control of all facilities using a tablet. There is good storage space, but the writing desk has no drawers. The bathroom is medium sized, well equipped with toiletries and towels. The lobby is well decorated and big. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Appreciation goes to Bridget Paul, Guest Relations Executive, for making the stay memorable. The breakfast is excellent with a large number of choices from different cuisines with egg and masala dosa stations. There is a small pool and gym. It is good priced and highly recommended for short stays.

The Residency Towers in Coimbatore is an amazing place to stay, and the morning buffet is absolutely unreal! The variety and flavors were incredible, but the pazhaya soru (fermented rice) really stood out, bringing back so many nostalgic memories. I also had the chance to meet Chef Viswanath, who is so passionate about what he does—it really shows in the food! The friendly staff and warm atmosphere make this a must-visit spot in Coimbatore.

I had a great stay at the hotel in November 2024. The suites were excellent and I really enjoyed the Dosa’s at breakfast ! The dinners at the Afghan Grill was good ! I enjoyed the local car museum and Isha Yoga center. Bridget and the staff were very attentive to my needs including reservation of conference rooms for business meetings! As an American, far from home , I really appreciated the care they gave to me !

The Residency Tower Coimbatore is the only place we prefer to stay Unlike in the past this time stay was one of the best experiences we enjoyed during our journey in different places. We found the reception,food ,courtesy of the staff more commendable. We look forward to the pleasure of coming back to experience the same.

Absolutely, here's a harsher version of the review: --- Extremely Disappointed – Not Worth the Hype or the Price My stay at Residency Towers Rameshwaram was nothing short of a disaster. The service was shockingly slow — it's almost as if the staff had no interest in actually doing their job. Requests were met with blank stares, endless delays, or were completely ignored. The level of negligence towards guests was appalling for a hotel that markets itself as premium. What made the experience worse was the food. It was below average in every sense — tasteless, poorly presented, and nowhere near fresh. Even basic items were disappointing. If you're expecting quality or hygiene, look elsewhere. There was a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. The staff appeared clueless and untrained, and customer satisfaction clearly isn't a priority here. This place might look decent from the outside, but don’t be fooled — the experience is frustrating, overpriced, and deeply underwhelming. Save yourself the time, money, and disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
