Service good. Breakfast good. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable. Rooms in the ground floor are bright. Lift is hearable. Other rooms are quiet. Totally I like the accommodation and stay here more often.

The location is nice and in the heart of the shopping center, 10 minutes walk to the Cologne Central Station and the famous Cathedral, the room was clean, amenities was good, only in the night we felt cold even though the heater was on, but luckily we got extra blanket 😊😊, all of the staff are really friendly and helpful, we were allowed to have early checkin around 11.39AM, otherwise the customers can also let the luggage by the receptionist before the checkin time.

It was very good. The room was very clean and the bed was fluffy and perfect. The man at the reception was also very kind and helpful, even though I speak poor English.
