Just about 5 minutes walking from the Hamburg central train station to the hotel; a good thing is very convenient to travel, but a bad thing to be considered is the safe concerned because of lot of homeless people and beggars in this area.. The hotel is an old style building with renovation; the hotel staff are very nice and very helpful

The hotel is a little old. It’s located across from the train station. It is easy to walk around the city or take the trains to other nearby towns. The breakfast selection is not the best but it seems that we had no choice. The room is clean but the shower is a little old with some stains.

The hotel is very well located, easily accessible, and in a quiet neighborhood. There are many shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, and the bus and train stations are a 5-minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, nice, modern, and warm. Great service!

Very nice and maintained small hotel. Breakfast was modest but there was everything you need. Personal at the reception and breakfast room very friendly, careful and helpful. 
We will be happy to come back next year and hope it will also have a free double bed again. Once again thank you very much:-)

It's a little far from the station. It's close to the airport, but it's a bit far to get to Cologne, a popular tourist destination, so it's a bit of a hassle to go out. There's a large supermarket nearby, which was very helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very kind.

The location is nice and in the heart of the shopping center, 10 minutes walk to the Cologne Central Station and the famous Cathedral, the room was clean, amenities was good, only in the night we felt cold even though the heater was on, but luckily we got extra blanket 😊😊, all of the staff are really friendly and helpful, we were allowed to have early checkin around 11.39AM, otherwise the customers can also let the luggage by the receptionist before the checkin time.

Great location, right opposite the train station, with a metro station nearby and convenient airport shuttle access. However, the overall establishment is old and run-down, with peeling paint and simple decor. There's no Wi-Fi signal in the room, nor a fridge – just a safe. It's actually worse than a Hanting Hotel. When I asked to switch to a room with Wi-Fi, the front desk refused, so I had to use the internet in the lobby. I'm genuinely surprised this is part of the InterContinental Group.

Staff are so helpful in accommodating requests, such as clothing iron and storing of luggage. Just a few mins walk from Belvedere Palace (to see Klimt's The Kiss), Wien Hbf, and various public transportation modes - this place is super convenient! The breakfast options are also very delicious, from fresh and healthy vegetables and fruit, staple ham slices and cheeses, an assortment of beverages, and bread and pastries.
