Hotel is not big. We asked for an extra bed and it is an extended footstool, not an actual foldable bed.

Location is fantastic  and we paid for breakfast @ €19 per person. Food spread is good value for money.

The hotel's location is great, very close to Spandau, which is worth visiting. The service was also very welcoming! The room was well-equipped and quiet. The view from the window was a bit desolate, but I guess that's part of the unique ambiance here. Recommended.

Very good hotel with super friendly staff. Everything is there to make you feel comfortable. Perfect for seminars and training courses at the Paracelsus School.

I stayed here for five days and although the location and the room itself are pretty nice, the services included are quite lacking. For the entirety of my stay, the wi-fi was not working (except for a couple of odd hours in odd places at the hotel) and the staff could not care less about that fact. In general, most of the reception staff is quite unhelpful and although not rude, certainly not welcoming either. Breakfast was pretty decent, however not included in the price of the room. But, you do get a nice selection for 12 Euros. Overall, not a bad place to stay if you simply need a clean place with hot water while in Berlin.

Very pleasant stay – I'd love to come back!
I stayed at this hotel for two nights and felt completely at home. The rooms were clean, tidy, and perfectly adequate in size. I would especially like to highlight the friendly staff – everyone was helpful and courteous. Overall, a very pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely come back and can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience!

The hotel seems to be a little old but it is clean and modern inside. The room is a little small but still comfortable. There are a few Asian restaurants and a cafe just around the corner of the hotel. The transportation is not bad. There are a few underground stations nearby. The trip to the BER airport is about one hour.

This was a very good location in Berlin. I was able to walk around safely and get to some great places I wanted to visit, and there's plenty of restaurants in the area and a train, too. The room was clean and in good shape, and they offered a reasonable price. The staff was very nice and helpful, as well.

Absolutely in love with this hotel and our room specifically. It’s just few steps away from the Berlin Wall museum and Charlie Checkpoint, 12mins from the metro station to reach other tourist attractions. The room was super spacious and clean, with a view of the street. It can get a bit noisy on weekend’s nights but we had zero problem with that. The staffs were very nice and helpful. The price was also very competitive for a big city like Berlin. 
P/S: If you fancy some Vietnamese food, there’s a Viet restaurant 4 mins away from the hotel serving good Pho.

I was quite satisfied. I came to attend the Berlin Film Festival. All I wanted was a supermarket nearby and convenient transportation. I found this one. After all, I can't ask for too much at this price. It's also very convenient to buy breakfast at the supermarket every day. The key is that there are only two subway intersections downstairs!

Hotel Gana was such a delightful surprise; I truly regret only booking one night. While the room size was a bit compact, every other aspect—be it cleanliness, service, facilities, or location—was unexpectedly outstanding. It even surpassed some major chain hotels and a specific Hilton I've stayed at in Osaka. 👍 The hotel feels like a miniature InterContinental. All facilities are designed to be space-efficient yet incredibly user-friendly and intuitive to use. I especially loved the cozy reception lounge on the first floor, which offers sofas, a coffee machine (with free self-service coffee), and a microwave. It’s perfect for guests to warm up their own food. 💕 The staff are also very discreet and won't bother you, allowing you to relax there for as long as you like. 👍 Its location is fantastic too, just a ten-minute walk from Shinsaibashi shopping street, and the nearby subway access is super convenient. 💕 Gana is an excellent choice for budget-conscious students and groups of friends. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Having visited Japan on multiple occasions, each stay exceeding two weeks and encompassing numerous hotels, I can confidently state that while this hotel offered the highest level of cleanliness, its compact size presented a challenge, particularly with larger luggage.  Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was positive.

I started checking in late and ended up going to the hotel next door; I've stayed at both. The room size and cleanliness are pretty much the same at both. If you're looking to stay in this area, just choose whichever one has the better price, there's no real difference. I appreciate that there's a smoking area right outside on the first floor. The front desk staff didn't seem to speak much Chinese, but it didn't hinder the check-in process at all. Simple English was enough, and their attitude was fine.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of days. The room was quite old, the furniture and interior needed updating, but everything was clean and tidy. The main plus for us was the delicious breakfast - a good selection of dishes, everything fresh and high-quality. If you need a place for a short stop and you value a good breakfast, then this hotel is quite suitable. But for a long term, it might be worth considering something more modern.

Gute Lage im Shopping-Distrikt der  Innenstadt. 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof. 5 Gehminuten zum Dom oder zum Rhein. Zuvorkommrnde, freundliche Angestellte. ZIMMER, Rezeption und Restaurant frisch modernisiert. Ansprechendes Design. Ausstattung aber eher Basic. Kein Kühlschrank, kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Altmodische Tür mit Schlüssel. Das Zimmer insgesamt sehr klein. Das Bett mit guter Schlafqualität. Das Frühstück ansprechend präsentiert. Höhepunkt: Die frischen Waffeln.

The location is about 13km from Cologne Central Station. It's really far, and you have to take tram number 1 to go back and forth. However, the price is around 70,000 won including breakfast, so I had a great stay for 6 days. It's a really great value hotel. The staff were friendly! :)
