One of the reasons we picked this hotel is because it had a pool. Family went to go swim and was made to get out by security because it turns out you have to sign up for a time to use the pool because they only allow one family to swim at a time. Two groups in our family checked in at different times with different people and no one mentioned this. Then they ended up closing the pool for the weekend for an unknown reason. We had a very disappointed kid. The workers were nice and the breakfast was good, even with the changes they had to make due to COVID. Our room was clean.

The room was nice, but it happened to be snowing. It's very close to the airport. Fortunately, we have a shuttle bus to the airport and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the hotel. We took the hotel bus to the airport early in the morning. Because it's very close to the airport, it's convenient to have an early flight.
