I got the king for the couch and tv in the room, soon I as I walked in no tv for my visit. Went to front desk and told t hem I needed a tv and they said they would have me one before me visit with my child. And the next day they came half way threw my visit to tell me I could move rooms, but I didnt want ruin my visit. Then told me I had to for them to work on the tv that was not their.. wanted a refund, still want one.

The location very close to Ohio State University is the biggest advantage of this hotel. At the same time, the service quality and attitude of the front desk are also very good, and the check-in and check-out procedures are very simple. The facilities in the room are relatively complete, but the area is small. If you live alone, you can barely make do, but if you live with two or more people, the experience will be very bad.

The breakfast variety is monotonous, the taste is not suitable for Chinese, and the room is quite big. The service staff is very enthusiastic, and I have to live for a long time. Good sanitary conditions, bathroom and tub, 24 hours hot water supply. The sockets in the room are all traditional American standard sockets, which are not very convenient to use.

The hotel can take guests to the airport for free. The earliest departure is at four in the morning (just make an appointment with the front desk in advance). It is a 5-10 minute drive from the airport, which is very convenient. The room facilities are a bit old but still clean. The reservation showed that breakfast was included, but the front desk informed that breakfast only provided coffee and nothing else. This was inconsistent with the actual situation.

The hotel is relatively close to the dormitory in the west of ous, within walking distance, there is a big supermarket next to it, and it is as convenient as a shopping mall. There are two buildings in the hotel, both of which are two-story houses surrounding the parking lot. They live on the first floor with a parked car at the door. Yinwq is not a hotel-like elevator building. It feels bad. I booked for two nights and only stayed for one. Late, wasted one night's room fee and went to another hotel.

July 19th, 2024 It started fine. We stayed there so we could walk to the venue, distance was perfect for walking and we only had to take bare minimum, no car keys, nothing but room key and money in pockets. Ok, so we get back to room after concert, room key will not work, we go to office and the extremely rude lady acted like we were such a bother. She said she didn’t have a master key, lied! She made us several keys to try approx 6 times. She then walked off to check a room we could have, WITH a master key. So we get to this room and it was dirty, by this time it was 2:00am and we’re just wore out. Over 2 hours and we can finally lay down. No food, no keys to go get food. So frustrating. Her attitude was awful! We woke about 7 am and went to desk. Luckily someone different was there and he (OMAR JAMES) was very sympathetic and apologetic, super nice! I wish I knew her name, needs lessons on customer service, especially when there’s 2 women with no access to their belongings and/or even a bed to lay on. Omar worked very hard to get us in the room and made sure my refund got issued. Oh…it was my 60th birthday celebration and couldn’t even enjoy a few beers with my bestie and relax after the concert. Never again!! Red Roof needs to teach her a few things!!! Or get rid of her.

We booked this hotel online the pictures on the site that the hotel provided was not accurate at all. Was spending the weekend there for travel ball softball tournament. When we arrived we where iffy by just looking at area. We checked in arrived at our room the hotel was ran down looked like most people lived there. Trash piled up at cans, lose trash on ground. Walked into room and the smell of stale cigarettes and **** knocked you off your feet. Bathroom was dirty, holes in bedding, the microwave wasnt cleaned on inside or outside the refrigerator was dirty inside the microwave was missing the glass plate. Went straight back to front desk told them about the room and misleading photos they said would give our money back. When I checked my bank card I was refunded one night but then recharged my card. Called the lady she said give it 24-48 hours. After 48 hours nothing called in man I spoke with claimed to be management said 4-5 business days I called my bank explained to them the situation was told by them if money isnt back on in the 4-5 business days I need to file a dispute. Please save your self time and hassle and avoid this hotel at all cost. I included some of the photos I took.

The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the environment is good, the service is thoughtful and comfortable.

The staff were friendly, courteous, & attentive! Should I need to return, I will be staying here again! Ask for Margaret (Front Desk); she's AWESOME! The room was clean & housekeeping (upon approval) would come in each day & tidy up. Continental breakfast was provided. Hotel was well-kept.
