Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff. Our second time and it never disappoints. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a pool on the terrace, very spacious with a kitchen/lounge, utility room and 2 bathrooms. Stunning pool area and poolside bar/restaurant with very friendly waiter service. Highly recommended.

Cannot fault apartment standard or cleanliness but this is definitely not a family resort hotel. More in keeping with a high end self catering suite with a pool and some high end restaurants attached. Breakfast ‘hot’ items cold in the family buffet section and restaurants onsite that did accept children were limited and not child friendly. Menus never changed. Ordered takeaway Italian from an on site restaurant and order ‘lost’ so only option late on was room service -40 euros for 2 burgers and fries. Very limited children’s club and one table tennis for older children which closed at 6pm, Very very disappointing for a 5 star ‘hotel’. This is definitely very high quality self catering apartments and not a resort hotel.

We are an IKOS family through and through. We knew we would have to compromise for a February half term break - Royal Corales Suites seemed To tick the boxes we needed as a family of 4 on a B&B breakfast. …HOWEVER for a 5 star resort it still has SO MUCH to learn: So here we go: PROS: 1. We had a suite on the family side with a private pool. Private pools seem higher heated than the main pool 2. The room standard is exceptional - room linen is luxurious and these rooms are equipped extremely well for what is best described as a self catering holiday apartment CONS (There seem to be more than pros) 1. There is ZERO atmosphere. As a family that enjoys company, conversation and entertainment- this hotel has none. No poolside music, no ambiance and absolutely nothing going for it in the evening - it feels like a self catering apartment with shared pool than it does 5* resort. 2. Restaurants and bars - so expensive and overpriced. Not child friendly in any shape or form. Hard to book and empty when you do turn Up! 3. Self proclaimed ‘best hotel breakfast in Tenerife’ - if you do book book room only. Everything is cold. 4. Staffing - rude. The hotel were aware before our arrival I am an independent travel agent. For February half term - book the GF Victoria or Hard Rock - much better for families.

A hidden gem, having stayed in Tenerife many times this was our first stay in the Corales but will not be our last. A relaxing, friendly yet luxurious place to be we absolutely loved it! The staff were friendly and welcoming with many remembering your name to make the experience more personal! Beautiful resort and great value for money

My husband and I stayed in a suite for a week. Accommodation and breakfast were very good. Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and the service was very good. However on the last day I was harassed by the pool bar staff in the morning whilst waiting for my husband to have a final swim before we departed for our flight home. I had left my bags on pool-side sofa whilst going to the sun loungers to ask if my husband wanted something to eat. I was away for no more than 5 minutes and when I got back my bags had been removed and dumped on a metal chair by the bar. The bar staff were very rude and aggresive when I confronted them. It was totally uncalled for and spoilt the holiday. This behavior is totally unacceptable in a 5-star hotel. We are unlikely to be going back to stay at this hotel.

We had a great week here. Buying the food package for arrival was a sensible decision, so we could snack in the room at will, going out to eat when we wanted. The apartment was well furnished, comfortable and kept really neat and tidy by the staff, who were without exception friendly and competent. A big shout out to Andre by the pool who was like a Swiss waiter, there whenever you were just thinking you needed something, invisible the rest of the time, and he knew our names from day 1, an effort that impressed. We’ll go again.

Fifth time staying here and it never fails to impress. The view from the rooms, the rooms themselves and of course the staff are always 5*. The breakfast is renowned and an experience in itself. The whole place is spotless. Not the cheapest but definitely the best.

Just returned from another fabulous week at Corales Royal Hiseaway Suites . It's simply a stunning hotel in a fabulous location. Staff and facilities are amazing. Everything is spotlessly clean & service is outstanding . La Caleta has an abundance or fabulous restuarants minutes walk from the hotel . You can also easily walk in the busier Costa Adeje along a seaside promenade . We will be back . Thank you.
