Super helpful staff!!! I travel with a mobility scooter; it's fully accessible, with elevator. The rooms, like most European hotels, are small by US standards, but certainly adequate. Super clean, minimal breakfast. I had a problem with my scooter, and the hotel desk clerks worked to get me to the right repair place for a replacement battery charger. SUPERB staff. About 2 blocks from the cathedral, so really handy locale.

This hotel appealed initially because of its close proximity to the major sites of Leon. It is on the edge of the old city within 400m of the Catedral. No onsite carpark but low cost (€2.80 per day) public option a short walk away - Aparcamiento San Pedro - Catedral 1. In addition, the many positive attributes of the hotel made it an 'excellent' for me. Cool Scandinavian style decor throughout both in bedrooms and public areas. Light wood and white walls making a pleasant change from the ubiquitous heavy dark wood still found in so many Spanish establishments. The place was spotless. Staff from front desk to cleaners polite and helpful. Breakfast is an option but a myriad of good cafes to choose from in the centre.

The hotel is new and it has a perfect location. You get a step out and you're in the cathedral. Rooms are minimalist, open cabinets and all the space is smart used. The bathroom is nice. Staff is super friendly and you can get a good breakfast for a fantastic cost. For sure is super clean.

No se ni por donde empezar. Lo único bueno es la ubicación. El empleado de recepción, tardo casi 40 minutos en realizar el check in , teniendo mis datos en la reserva realizada por medio de Booking. La habitación a parte de pequeña por no decir minúscula, no dispone de casi ningún artículo de los servicios indicados en su página web, ni de higiene bucal ,ni nada de lo que dicen, salvo tele y aire acondicionado. Hacia muchísimo frío en la habitación y a pesar de poner el aire caliente , que hace un ruido terrible , no hay mantas y no hay nadie a quien pedírselas a partir de las 22 horas. El empleado al que me refiero me trato de manera vejatorio y humillante , hecho que esta ya en conocimiento de la oficina de consumo del ayuntamiento de León No disponen de ningún cartel que te permita indicar que limpien la habitación, solo el de " NO MOLESTAR , POR AMBAS CARAS " y a pesar de avisar a las 8 am de este hecho, a las 14 horas seguía sin limpiar. Todo ha sido un auténtico despropósito por lo que me parece el peor hotel al que he ido y la peor experiencia en cuanto al trato por el personal empleado en el.

Hemos estado muy a gusto : la habitación no es muy grande pero la cama es muy acogedora y la situación es buenísima está andando a 3 minutos de la catedral y del Barrio Húmedo muy buen precio haciendo la comparativa por la zona; merece la pena!!!

Avevo intenzione di mettere una valutazione “ECCELLENTE” perché l’hotel è davvero carino, praticamente dietro la cattedrale, pulitissimo, nuovo, ben arredato ma… Al momento del check-in chiedo il prezzo della colazione e mi rispondono che è inclusa… così al mattino facciamo colazione. Una volta terminata la ragazza mi spiega che colazione era inclusa solo per una delle due camere che avevo prenotato. Certo che avrei potuto controllare ma mi sono fidata di quello che mi avevano detto il giorno prima in reception. Sinceramente lo trovo poco corretto

El hotel está ubicado en el centro de la ciudad. Ofrece un trato amable y profesional. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, y el baño también. Las instalaciones son muy modernas. El desayuno es muy completo. En todo momento nos hemos sentido bien. Hotel altamente recomendable.
