"Excellent stay in the heart of León We spent one night in this 4-star hotel, ideally located in the heart of León, close to the tourist attractions. The building is beautiful and modern, with 8 floors. Fast and efficient check-in, very friendly and professional staff. Our room, located on the 7th floor, was spacious, clean, and had very comfortable bedding. It offered a superb view of the city and had a small balcony with a table and chairs. Appreciated amenities: flat-screen TV and mini-fridge with two small bottles of water offered upon arrival. We did not try the restaurant, breakfast, or parking. Small area for improvement: the TV was not connected (no Netflix allowed) and no coffee/tea facilities were available in the room. In summary: excellent value for money for a short stay in León. We highly recommend it!"

"The restaurant is located in the old town, about a 20-minute walk from the cathedral, very close to the pedestrianized train station, and opposite a large shopping mall. There's also a Burger King nearby (about a 20-minute walk), and a McDonald's next to the train station, so it's a good option if you're craving fast food!"

The interior structure was a great combination of antique and modern, and it felt like I was staying in a mansion. I want to come again next time!^^"

"Perfect location in the city center. Close to the shopping and entertainment area in the Barrio Húmedo (Old Town). Spacious, clean room with a window. Excellent service from the staff. The 12:00 check-out time was a welcome bonus. My only complaint is that the shower screen and the shower itself could use a little maintenance and cleaning. Otherwise, a highly recommended hotel."

"We picked this because of the central location but it was a big disappointment. - The main thing is how unhelpful and rude the reception staff are. Especially if you have a problem they are rude but even entering or exiting the hotel they don't bother to greet guests. - The domotica in the rooms is absurd and only works half the time. You are stuck with windows or blinds unable to be opened or closed, etc - We upgraded to a premium room because we were staying for a week but the storage even in this bigger room is inadequate. 1 tiny wardrobe for two adults with only five clothes hangers and two small drawers and thats it in the room. Nowhere to put the empty suitcase after. - Breakfast buffet is not worth the price - quite basic selection for a four star - very few of each type of thing. Many nice cafes in the area much better food and value. - The spa was a total disappointment. It's tiny (only 2 chairs available) unlike in the photos and nothing worked - both sauna and hammam were broken. The tiny pool was freezing cold and not all the jets are working. They could not have cared less when we told them "what do you want me to do about it" was the response we got...."
