I have spent one night at Babette at it was awesome. The bedroom was so cozy and comfortable ! The staff is very friendly and helpful, plus the breakfast is really good. The only negative point would be that they serve tomatoes, melon and such other fruits in March whereas it is absolutely not the season - so not that environment friendly. But nobody's perfect ;)

Excellent location. Cool boutique hotel. Staff super helpful and friendly. Room very comfortable but bathroom was tiny. Recommend a bigger room if your 6’3 Breakfast very good and fresh fruits. We had additional guests join us for drinks and cocktails and again service was great

Our stay far exceeded our expectations. We were warmly welcomed on arrival. Check in was quickly done as was the complimentary room upgrade to a suite! The room was spacious and spotless. It was serviced every day and to a hight standard. We were there for four nights and found the location to be perfect. All the staff seemed happy in their work and this was reflected in their interactions with the guests. Genuinely helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant on two occasions and the food was delicious. We would not hesitate to return on another occasion

We had a top floor room with a great view. The boutique style and room appointments were very much appreciated and we slept very comfortably. We planned to walk around the whole city during our 4 day stay and the location is excellent for this sort of holiday. Convenient for public transport and only 5 stops on the train to/from the airport. The staff are young, enthusiastic and very capable. The pairing of the hotel with a really good independent fish restaurant on the premises also suited our needs very well. We would love to return…..

Very poor customer service. I had to have life saving heart surgery a couple of days before I was due to fly. I asked for some empathy because i couldn’t go, but hotel refused saying it was policy for no refund!!! Shocking it was life saving heart surgery. Sometimes you can bend the rules in exceptional circumstances and be kind. #be kind

Great location but very inconsistent with housekeeping. Also our door not locked after housekeeping now 4 times and each day we report it but nothing happens. Staff were quite pleasant but our room was so noisy. Every morning at 6am the trucks deliver to the shop across the road and make so much noise. I will be coming to Copenhagen quite a few times a year but will stay elsewhere.

A great find in a super part of town - close to Kastellet, the harbour, Kongens Nytorv and the palace. Meget hyggeligt. I've often walked past it but never had cause to stay there. I was lucky enough to get an upgrade, which came a complete (and welcome) surprise. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room charming. The breakfast was excellent - real (rather than powdered) scrambled eggs and fresh orange juice. There are also other amenities, bar, restaurant, etc which looked great but unfortunately I had no time to try.
