Kapetanios Aqua Resort

Although not normally a hotel person, I can honestly say I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this holiday. The staff are extremely helpful, happy and can't do enough for you. Guest relations were excellent. JD the entertainment guy was such a nice young man. Easy to get on with and despite very few guests late in the season ensured everyone had an enjoyable time. The hotel was well maintained and clean. Will definitely stay again, 2025 hotel will be open all year so will definitely return for Christmas

I returned home yesterday 7th oct after 10 lovely days! The whole complex was lovely and clean, staff went above and beyond, food was nice. They views, the walks everything was stunning.. trips to coral bay and the Harbour where easy to get to.

Were do I start got there at 01.20 and bloke at hotel very rude put us in a room that haven't been cleaned and mother was in a bed fit for a child. In morning changed our room to another disgrace finally got to see our rep when they was saying her day of.... When they moved us again bloke that run it said would I put a good review on said yes but no sorry we paided a lot of money to come away food was a disgrace cold and not cooked right.. so couldn't eat there. So all-inclusive but had to eat out cost us more money...and only 7 of us at hotel.. no beach all stone. Entertainment was ok staff very rude felt like been dumped there and left to defend for our self... Estella was only one that cared... Don't book hear it a not so nice hotel we booked a 5 star this was a 3 star.... Reheated food as the amount they put out you could tell it was other day food.. beach bar food was frozen especially hot dogs roll hot and sausage was frozen... I would class this holiday as holiday from hell.... Pool don't get cleaned every day as when he of no one does it.. fly's around food so don't read what it says as it ain't true... Never again would I come to Cyprus as it's put me off staying hear ... Go else were as water slide broke down all time lazy river rings kept going down. No bloody beach all stones the only good think was weather... Will be reporting this hotel to stop people going thinking it's going to be great... Well it bloody ain't it's a HOLIDAY FROM HELL

On the whole this hotel was quite good, comfortable beds, amazing sun sets. Drinks were pretty good. My moans are the canteen (don't think I would call it a restaurant don't feel the need to dress up), the first few days we were there, the food was tepid at best, the chips were cold and that was all of us saying it and we are not fussy eaters. We went to eat at different times each day thinking it might have improved matters, but it was the same, cold. There was no Jet2 rep to complain to so we went to reception to complain and the response was that they was well aware of this situation and that apparently the restaurant will be getting an upgrade next year. Well what can you say, thanks for nothing. Towards the end of our stay it was school holidays and it got a lot more busy and the food didn't seem as bad or as cold, never piping hot, also the entertainment, unless you have very young kids that like to run around, I would say that it was very poor. The staff were all very friendly. I made a complaint to Jet2 who said that they make checks, and I informed them that they should make unannounced checks in all of their hotels and this would make a true representation of all of their hotels. When Jet2 come to do their checks the hotel are well aware and make the hotel the best it can be, this is not a true representation.

What a great family based hotel! The layout was spacious and relaxing. The whole complex, gym and pools were all very clean and well specified. We were a very short distance from the sea, a short walk to the local ‘*****’ where you can find a number of eateries and bars and again, a short walk to coral bay beach. The staff were good however, we personally would like to say a very special thank you to Stavros who was the bar manager. He worked tirelessly with a great smile, a very accommodating attitude and an attention to detail, such as arranging packed lunches for next day excursions and an absolute ‘can do attitude’. Well done! A second mention to Bechi who was also great. Overall a great time was had by both families.

Good value and clean hotel , all the staff are really friendly and helpful,nice views out to the sea,rooms are modern and clean,2 very steep hills out side hotel to get to the main coral bay *****, if you have a pushchair or limited mobility, you will struggle,pool was ice cold in 26degrees heat , warmer in the sea at coral beach, food was average and lukewarm, I would class it as a really good 3 star hotel .
