Crown Resorts Horizon Hotel

I just got back from a lovely trip to this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and kind. My rooms was really nice and the bed was very comfy. Everything was very clean. The drinks selection was excellent and well made and the spa was really nice. It would have really helpful to have a price list for the spa somewhere as not available unless asking the staff. This lead me to assume that the treatments were likely out of my price range. The buffet was good but I preferred the salads and desserts to the main courses which I think could have been better. The pool snacks were lovely though. I noticed that lots of people went to the pool bar for lunch rather than the main buffet. I enjoyed the fiki meal but as a solo traveler being brought out enough food for at least 2 people was a little overwhelming. The hotel location is great, just a few mins walk from the beach and the main *****. It was also really easy to get the bus into Pathos, which I would recommend. The service was great, especially at the start of the week, things started to take a little longer towards the end of the week as it got busier. I think it would probably be a good idea to have some extra staff around the pool as it gets busier as the staff were all working flat out but struggling to keep up with the drink orders. Overall this was a great trip and I would love to come back again one day.
