Jackson's Hotel & Leisure Centre

Great hotel, value for your money, the room was lovely. Heating was on. Very cosy room. Bathroom was very clean. All the staff are very welcoming. We ate in the sister hotel which was lovely. The bartender Marcus, was a great host, looked after us well.

What can I say about this hotel it has everything you could ever want great room great food great staff and cleanliness second to non a great choice of food friendly staff in all departments and service was top notch great parking easy access stayed in April 25 and will be back.

What an amazing Santa experience. We stayed the weekend 20th December to 22nd of December. We would highly recommend. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the most friendliest staff who explained our itinerary to our very excited children and they received a beautiful letter. Our room was spacious for a family of five with spotless room and bathroom. We then went for a lovely meal and everyone was again highly satisfied and service was fast and efficient even with how busy it was. We then went to the main room where there was free hot chocolate mulled wine and cookies. Movies on all night and a token to visit Santa Claus for each family. Saturday morning breakfast was lovely children weee happy and even allowed to wear their festive pjamas without any drama. The hotel hosted a magic show at 1pm which was amazing. Then we experienced oakfield park Christmas which was so magical all in the price of the Santa hotel package. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back again next year. Thank you to all the amazing staff who I am sure we’re exhausted at that time of the year and out out all the stops for a memorable weekend.

Staff were nice but the we had dinner in the bar one night and our plates were left in front of us for an hour. No one came near us, the bar was not very busy. The breakfast had a small selection and some of the utensil were used for multiple dishes which is not good practice for food hygiene.

We stayed at jacksons hotel 13 th to 15 June & had a great experience loved everything about the hotel , only few things that we think could be improved , maybe some complimentary water in room & some type off fan as the rooms can get hot but besides that everything else was wonderful

Where do I start! Got to the room with my two daughters and my daughter found a toilet full of blood coming from a Tampax soaking in the toilet! I avoided an awkward situation by putting on the TV but only 2 channels were working so we rang reception and the man said start from channel 50 then you should get more channels but no still RTE1 and RRE 2 and that was it. So decided to go for a swim not only was the pool run down but the jacuzzi in the middle of the pool had a ring of scum around the tiles. So took my girls back to our room to watch RTE news and found the hair dryer not working so rang reception again and a helpful young man addressed our problem's and we had to pack and move to another room. Handed me two new key cards and when we got to the room they wouldn't open the door!! I still had access to the old room and rang several times for help but no answer so I had to go to reception but no one was there, eventually had to go to the kitchen and talk to a cook who finally helped me get someone to give me need key cards we got into the new room only to hear kids running around all night above as the floors are wooden floors so got no sleep. Got up for breakfast and found no plates for breakfast so had to wait then no eggs of any type as it just seems to be fried no orange juice no apple juice no white bread for toast. Couldn't wait to leave €199 for one night in faulty towers . I asked in the morning for someone to contact me regarding my stay but heard nothing. Avoid at all costs. Left ASAP the next morning and stayed in a real 4* hotel Radisson blu in letterkenny €127 for the 3 of us top class. No way in the world is Jackson's hotel a 4* hotel. DUMP.
