There is no good location near NEC. Although this hotel is far away, it is quick to take a taxi. There is no traffic jam. The overall environment is very good. There is an indoor bar and an open-air bar, but there is no elevator. If your luggage is heavy, it is recommended to store it at the front desk.

room smelt of bad sanitation at 5pm, as if someone had just been to toilet opened the window and went out for a meal, came back at 11 and it still smelt really bad went to reception and asked to be moved to a different room, non available !!!!! the smell was awful the lady on the desk apologised and recorded it in her daybook. I emailed the hotel after, STILL no reply

Great value, rooms clean. My only complaint is the breakfast. It appears that on 'busy' days, the food is pre-cooked and under heaters, resulting in rubber eggs. I also dislike make-you-own toasters, and the coffee out of the coffee machine was horrible.... I will stay here again, but skip breakfast.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and Tidy for this class of Hotel it's a great option, and much better than the Britannia over the Road, the room was nice and warm, also the staff were even kind enough to give me extra pillows as I have back trouble but the carparking for people staying there £5 a day was a bit expensive, it should have been £2.50 really as guest are spending their cash in the hotel, plus no indication as to when parking expires wasn't useful, Great Staff in a Good Hotel, that has potential to get even better given the right funding, I cannot fault the staff one bit they were very professional.

very helpful reception staff -nice room and comfy beds - very hot however in room with only a small window to open -had to turn down heating in room. would be nice if you could open window a bit father - view of back of hotel garden and rye business park .{: breakfast -eggs burnt on first morning - but nice breakfast with a good selection of items- i went for the full English on all 4 days . very helpful and friendly servers/kitchen staff - the view out the front was cool if you like watching the local traffic and semi trucks -nice views over the surrounding countryside and A45 road. Bar a bit of a let down with only carling ]; and Worthington's on tap ! Guinness £4 a can - bit dull the bar but friendly bar staff and very helpful -nice food too -well the chicken strips with salad and BBQ dip {: OVERALL a nice hotel in a quiet location just off the main A45 in Allesley village. would return .was visiting family in the area. would highly recommend the Midland Air Museum too if your into aviation.
