"I would like to thank all the staff at this premier inn for wonderful customer service.We arrived to book for 3 nights as our previous accommodation was not suitable and had travelled from Scotland for the May weekend.We were checked in very prompt and our rooms were perfect. Great location for all Coventry City centre amenities. The breakfast was good and although it was busy the staff were very helpful.We enjoyed our stay and stayed in a premier plus room which had everything we needed including a coffee machine and fridge with complimentary water on arrival. Thank-you to all the reception staff who were very welcoming."

"We spent a very uncomfortable 3 nights in the hotel. The bed was uncomfortable with the springs of the mattress sticking into your skin. We had to lay a blanket on the bed for a bit of softness. The rooms didn't have an intercom to communicate with the lobby. Our room was not cleaned throughout our stay, no fresh towels, no toilet rolls, and no fresh linen for the bed. Even when we asked and dropped our keys, nobody bothered to clean. I have never been so uncomfortable in my life. I would definitely not recommend it to a friend! The only good thing was breakfast."

"This is the 4th time staying at this particular Premier Inn. Staff have always been very attentive and welcoming, especially with our rabble of cheer leaders! We always book a family room and always enjoy the space in these rooms. The location is so close to the shopping centre / high street and is only a 7-10 min walk. The only downside now is that the NCP car park behind the hotel is no longer secure (no cameras or security). So we chose an outside car park with better security. A slightly longer walk, but nothing too bad."
