The hotel is very well situated but the inside of the hotel is not so good. It is not very clean. And we had a lot of sounds from the people outside talking and laughing in the evening. The decoration inside the hotel is not so good. And some of the staff were not so friendly.

Photos of the rooms on the website do not correspond with reality. Infernal noise from the bars below and the building en face. Smoke and muzac an additional plus, impossible to sleep. Not recommended and stay away from the street facing 1st floor.

I found myself stranded in Cremona for the evening due to a cancelled train, and when the first hotel I booked let me down I found myself staying here for a night. As it turned out, this wasn’t at all an unpleasant stay. Room was sizeable and clean, comfortable double bed with Sky TV and a kettle with a few teabags. There’s a vending machine at the lobby, and the location is actually very central if you’re not arriving in a rush one night. About 15 min walk from the train, and surrounded by shops in the city centre. I didn’t have time to sample the breakfast, but the restaurant looked lovely, my only real complaint was that the started digging up the road literally outside the hotel at around 8am in the morning. I know not strictly the hotels fault but it did marr my stay

Zentraler geht es kaum mehr. Das Hotel Astoria liegt mitten im Zentrum von Cremona in der Via Domenico Bordigallo. Das Zimmer war ganz okay. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und reichlich. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Posizione perfetta. Un accoglienza eccellente, la mattina dopo potevamo pure stare in camera fino alle 11 invece delle 10.30, un gesto carino. La camera ottima considerando la tariffa, pure un balcone sul corso di Cremona. Il bagno un po' sul beige e marrone :).....L'unica nota negativa era la prima colazione (inclusa nel prezzo), molto negativa. La signora era professionale ma l'offerta assai deludente, non invitava al consumo - abbiamo preso del pane e marmellata e dei succhi e caffè. Il prosciutto non si capiva che cosa era, tacchino o non lo so. Niente yogurt o uova. Una crostata ordinaria. Siamo stati in passato sia all' Hotel Impero e all' Hotel degli Artisti, dello stesso gruppo credo, e non c'è proprio paragone. Stavo finendo il caffè alle 10.30 (quando chiudeva la sala) ed uno è venuto subito a mettere le seduie sui tavoli. Sono scappato

Attenzione se vi trovate dal lato dei locali stanza 101 e impossibile dormire..siamo sempre tolleranti e abituati a viaggiare ma almeno essere avvisati o quantomeno dopo mezzanotte tentare di abbassare il volume...nessuno presente alla reception e quindi pagare per una notte in bianco...non è il massimo.

Ottimo hotel, staff sempre disponibile e gentile, io e la mia ragazza abbiamo apprezzato molto la loro disponibilità, anche quando ci si era rotta la valigia il giorno del check-out. Camera spaziosa (abbiamo preso una tripla) con un divano, un'ottimo bagno e delle doccie perfette. Letti comodi e facilmente movibili bello anche il fatto del tè e della camomilla regalati insieme a uno scalda acqua elettrico funzionante. Unica pecca è il rumore che viene proprio dalla strada sotto l'hotel , ma non se ne può far colpa all'hotel. Esperienza belissima, molto consigliato!

L'hotel è situato in posizione centralissima, a un minuto a piedi dalla piazza centrale e questo è davvero un punto di merito. Le camere sono state ristrutturate recentemente per cui gli arredi sono nuovi e il bagno è bello. Il personale è gentile e l'albergo è pulito. I punti di demerito riguardano l'arredo della camera veramente spartano, non c'è niente a parte il bollitore e la TV, neppure una luce per leggere quando si è a letto e la camera risulta davvero spoglia. I materassi sono veramente durissimi e la colazione non offre un grande assortimento.
