Premier Inn Crewe Central

Amazing stay! Staff were extremely friendly and had the time to stand and chat/laugh. They joked that there wasn’t much to do in Crewe but they did give some recommendations on places to go. We had food which was amazing for ‘pub grub’. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed a little help. We have stayed here a few times now and it’s constantly great considering all the changes the staff have had to deal with. They are all a credit to Premier Inn.

Usual high standards from a Premier Inn. £54 for a room - absolute bargain. We were catching a train to Liverpool in the morning and it’s perfectly located to walk to the station (less than 5 mins) Reception staff very friendly Only reason not 5 stars is breakfast was table service only, not the usual help yourself which meant we were a bit rushed for time Also some websites say there is a car charger there but it had been removed

I had a really great experience staying here! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the parking was convenient, the WiFi options were very useful. The room was quiet and had everything I needed - plenty of plug sockets for charging phones, really comfy beds with extra pillows provided if needed, hanging space for my suit, lovely bath/shower, hairdryer with a light up mirror, blackout curtains, controllable heating, and a cute little coffee station. The staff were really friendly and were able to help with everything I needed. Overall a very good experience and very good value for money! Next time I stay in the area I will be sure to stay in this premiere inn again!

The staff members were welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is undergoing some changes but the staff members went above and beyond to ensure all our meals were delicious. The meal deal was excellent value for money and the breakfast choice suited all.

Great welcome on arrival by kerry I was a little early and asked if it was to early to check in and she said no it is fine very chatty went to room was great and warm went down to ask if pub was open and was told not till 5pm so went and chilled out when down at 5pm to be told no food till 6pm so not to happy as was going to a party at 6.30pm when I got back to hotel at midnight found that light was coming into the room so curtains were to small for window so not a good night sleep next morning went for shower and found shower head was dirty and also curtain was mouldy a bottom did tell housekeeping on check out went for breakfast and was served by kerry again explained everything to me and was plated service all good

We have stayed here a few times and as always, the staff were so friendly and competant. All was great with the room, the heating controls worked intermittently, but the room was warm and very comfortable. For the past 4 years we have stayed at Christmas and always had a treat in the room or on the counter outside so a little disappointed this time to have nothing at all. It always felt like they had gone above and beyond making Christmas away from home, special. However, everything else was great and the breakfast was delicious.... Thanks
