There were no kitchen staff or cooks present at the breakfast counter, and service was completely absent. Overall, the quality and service of the breakfast were unsatisfactory."

"We stayed in Crewe Hall and Spa for 3 nights. The hotel was grand and the ground well maintained. Facilities were also excellent which makes a good relaxing stay. Breakfast and the bar was superb. Spa treatments excellent! What set apart the hotel are the staff. They were friendly, always smile. It definitely made our stay better. Would I recommend and stay again? Absolutely. 10/10."
