Staff and facilities were great, so friendly and professional. Everything was really clean and nice part from the booking team (owner) who decided to change my booking with no communication or confirmation which ended up causing unnecessary emotions with lack of accountability for her actions and inconsistency in messaging.
For that reason I will not stay there again

Comfy bed, warm bedding and ample towels are provided. The kitchen has everyhting needed.

Beautiful, secluded chalets with everything you need. Very clean and tidy. Jacuzzi just takes a little while to heat up. Definitely recommended for couples looking for a romantic weekend away.

This place is nothing short of amazing. The rooms are spectacular, staff are professional, absolutely amazing and went out of their way to do even the smallest of things. I highly recommend lookoutsafari Lodge. My friends, family and kids all loved every moment

The accommodation was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen area is outside of the room so not ideal during cold months but as we visited during April, it was fine. The outdoor jacuzzi was awesome and well used. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. There were power outages during our stay but the units have generators, so weren't really affected. The camp is surrounded by wild animals so make sure that you watch the gate close when you leave.

Staying at this charming safari reserve cabin was truly an unforgettable experience. The cabin is not only picturesque and atmospheric but also well-equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable stay. The "office" area offers convenient extras like additional utensils, ice cubes, and a stove, making it even more welcoming. We were greeted in the warmest and most heartfelt manner imaginable after a somewhat stressful journey, which instantly melted away all our worries. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay, ensuring everything was perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and memorable getaway. If we had the chance, we would have gladly extended our stay!

Audrey is the GOAT of customer service she is incredible checking up on us to make sure we don't get lost on our way to the lodge. The chalet was beautifully decorated for my birthday celebration with the private jacuzzi already warm outside just waiting for us.. it was so special. Being woken up by animal sounds was incredibly. The rooms are very private. The bed super comfortable. Good value for money will definitely recommend. The service is excellent The chalet is very clean Only regret is not booking more days

As a big group of 20 guests - all our needs were met at all times. All staff members were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms were immaculate. Can definitely recommend.
