We had a nice one week stay at the Radisson. The Batel neighborhood is a great place to stay, and there is a huge mall in walking distance. We encountered a few small hospitality issues, but the reception staff was always very quick to respond and address problems as they arose. All of the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room service was just okay, but the breakfast was good. They rotated the items available at breakfast, so throughout the week we didn’t have to eat the same thing everyday. The hotel was very busy due to a convention happening while we were staying there, but the room was quiet aside from occasional noise from the hallway. The room was also reasonably big with a comfortable king-sized bed and a view of the Japanese Garden. The garden is really just a tiny park, but we enjoyed walking there in the morning. We recommend this hotel if you are headed to Curitiba.

Very satisfactory hotel, located in the Batal district.
Facilities: Complete facilities, for friends who like hot tea, there is no kettle in the room
Hygiene: Very clean.
Environment: The surrounding environment is very good and safe. Opposite is the most beautiful Japanese park in South America, Praca do Japan. People walk and walk their dogs in the park. It is very pleasant.
