Our experience at this hotel was disappointing. Nearly everything came with extra charges, including unexpected fees for basic amenities like using the lobby, an iron, and even a table for a drinking session. Essentials such as soap and shampoo were also charged per set, which felt unnecessary and inconvenient. Additionally, there was an extra cost for additional persons in the room (limited to 4 per room), which was not clearly communicated beforehand. What made it worse was the lack of transparency from the owner, who failed to inform us about these charges prior to check-in. This lack of communication and the numerous fees made our stay stressful and unpleasant. Overall, this experience left much to be desired, and I would not recommend this hotel to others unless they improve their policies and customer service.
