"Location is good. It is near Hypermarket and my fave restaurant Janas. TV provided but no internet connection so just for display. Phone signal is too weak at the room near reception. Overall, I just needed a place to stay in Dagupan for a night so, I think it's fine. Just bring slippers for the toilet. Towels provided but worn out 😅 a bit pricey for the quality."

Call the number provided when checking in Has 10pm curfew, need to inform owner if you have friend visiting (not staying over), owner frequently cleans the building, sound/noise along the hallway even door closing is very audible in the room, wifi is weak/unusable."
