Местоположение неплохое , но например до Крейзи Хауса минут 35 пешком. До центральной площади на такси / мотобайке только, потому что далековато. Рядом есть прачечная. Очень хорошая пекарня На рецепшн очень приятные и доброжелательные сотрудники . Хочу сказать огромное спасибо за то ,что разрешили мне оставить вещи до самого позднего вечера и самой побыть в холле перед отъездом . В отеле всегда чисто. Но есть несколько но , которые нужно учитывать, если выбирать этот отель .Окна моего номера выходили на улицу , где находится бар. Там всегда ор и крик пьяных людей. Я была в будние дни , и крики не замолкали и после полуночи. Что там тогда творится в выходные ?! Второе , женщины,которые убирают номера переговариваются между собой тоже криком. Ну то есть , время 7.40 утра одна убирается в номере и что то там рассказывает громко ,почти криком другой .Под дверьми моей комнаты . 7.40 утра !! Я второй раз за все путешествия такое встречаю .Обычно клининговые работники тихие и незаметные . На второе утро произошло тоже самое, чуть позднее , с 8 до 9 . Не все туристы встают так рано !! Да и вообще , мне кажется это принципиально важно , все таки мы не у родственников остановились. Это два огромных минуса А ,ещё вместо кондиционера - вентилятор . Я была в то время , когда по ночам было прохладно , не представляю как там справляться в жару Ещё раз хочу отметить ребят на рецепшн , милые , отзывчивые , приветливые. Очень противоречивый получился отзыв. Возможно , у кого такой же чуткий сон , как у меня, нужно просить тихий номер

Every day they put several bottles of clean water, towels are changed. There was no microwave (although in the photo in the room there was one), only 2 mugs, we asked for one - they gave us more. Breakfast is very monotonous, we mostly ate only scrambled eggs. It ends at 9 am. We had a large room, it was warmer in a room without windows. In general, it is cool in the evening, and there is a lot of humidity

Advantages: Twin double room, big and comfortable bed, view outside the window, and many lights in the room. Breakfast is included, not much but tastes good. Disadvantages: The equipment is very old, such as TV, exhaust fan, worn quilts, hair dryer not working, refrigerator without independent power supply.

The guy at the reception is very friendly. We checked in very late due to a flight delay. We rang the doorbell - he opened it, checked in, showed us around, showed us everything. Special thanks for helping with the luggage. The thing is that not only was our flight delayed, but the luggage was not delivered. At my request, he called the airport several times to find out when the luggage would be delivered. In the end, the luggage was delivered almost a day after arrival. Do not fly VietJet flight VJ368 from Ho Chi Minh City to Dalat at 15:35. The ENTIRE plane's luggage was not loaded and was delivered only a day later. There was a delay on this flight the next day as well. Only positive emotions about the hotel. The same guy ordered a bus to Nha Trang for us and wrote down on a piece of paper who to contact at the bus station in Nha Trang to take us to the hotel. Not the staff, but the courtesy itself. Iron, corkscrew - on request, no problem. I recommend the hotel. A small number of stars does not mean the establishment is of a poor standard.

This is a solid hotel with almost everything you need spacious bathroom The comfy level is 6 out of 10 maybe is the design of the room I just don't feel comfort for some reason. It has 2 bottle water and tea bag the elevator was nice it feel luxury going up noise can be a problem while I hear kids running around and talking
