Dalat Phuong 5 Hotels

I love this French villa in Da Lat so much. It is located on a hill near the city center. I spent two pleasant days in the quiet pine forest and left wonderful memories.

Tuy nhiên, trong phòng ổ điện bày trí rất xa, có thể mượn lễ tân ổ điện dây nhưng cũng k kéo tới, dọn phòng chưa sạch vì khi nhận phòng vẫn còn tóc vương trên giường, trong wc mùi cống thoát nước bốc lên rất khó chịu. Tuy nhiên, vẫn là 1 địa điểm đáng để lưu trú khi tới ĐL.

The hotel felt like a small palace and it felt good The biggest reason I chose this hotel was because it had a whirlpool. They first gave us a broken whirlpool room and fixed it. They came and went for an hour and then moved us to a room next door, but when we got there, it was a room one level lower. I was so shocked. I called the manager and asked for the front desk staff, and only then did they change us to a room in the building next door. Our plan to go to the night market was canceled and we couldn't go to the Dalat night market. However, the room was clean and pretty. If they had checked the facilities in advance and given us a proper room, I would have felt a little bad.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything looks quite modern and well-maintained. However, there were a few drawbacks. The shower wasn’t hot enough, and the room was quite cold because of the chilly weather in Da Lat during this season. Unfortunately, the cold from outside made the indoor temperature uncomfortable, and with the lukewarm shower, I ended up feeling pretty cold. There was also a minor issue with check-in. When I arrived, the gates were closed, and there was no one around to answer or assist. I eventually managed to check in after contacting the hotel owner directly. Overall, my stay was good, despite these few inconveniences.

The rooms are cleaned neatly every day and the staff are very friendly. This is the hotel I want to come again next time

I highly recommend it to everyone. I booked two rooms with my friends and we are all very satisfied. The price is worth it. If you want to try the local breakfast, there are many local delicacies when you turn left from the hotel. The prices are between 35k-55. The towels in the hotel are the cleanest I have ever felt since I stayed in a hotel in Vietnam.

There were a lot of hair on the sheets and quilt covers, probably because they hadn't been replaced. The pillow was also yellow inside, so I asked the customer service to change the sheets and quilt covers, but not the pillows. I slept without a pillow for the whole night.
