酒店前台態度都很好，可惜酒店太爛，換了三個房間都沒暖氣，有空調根本吹不熱，每個房間床單上都是土，玩會手機屏幕上一層沙子。冬天熱水得調十分鐘才能調出來。樓下裝修，從早上八點開始，鎚子砸完就電鑽，根本休息不了。晚上燈全關了，頂子上閃綠光，跟KTV一樣，這莫名其妙的紅點也不知道是什麼。好好裝修裝修吧。

設施：和描述不符 訂的豪華商務標間 房間倒是挺大的 顯示的有浴缸結果根本沒有 描述的吹風機品牌和沐浴露品牌也不符 虛假宣傳
衞生：床鋪和屋內衞生還不錯 屋內的塌上太臟了 看圖吧
服務：那就要好好説説這個酒店了 從沙漠出來一身沙子 帶着孩子就想洗個澡 結果辦完入住回房間 熱水開到最熱都不熱 是温的 洗澡的時候都發冷 更別説給孩子洗了 而且水流很小 聯繫攜程客服説明這個問題 客服告訴我可以下樓和前台換房間並且升級房間 我收拾好東西下樓 前台根本不願意升級房間給我們換房 拉扯了半天 一會説就我們房間這樣 一會又説每個房間都這樣 最終還是我們懶得帶着孩子折騰妥協了

酒店前台服務不錯 環境也很好 堂設計簡約大氣，房間寬敞明亮，床品柔軟舒適，尤其是落地窗視野開闊，夜景絕美！走廊和公區乾淨整潔。前台小姐姐辦理入住非常快！

房間確實夠寬夠大，但是裏面的空調和衞生間設施就是舊的，起碼有3-5年以上，聽説原來是洗浴中心改的酒店，衞生也不乾淨，洗手盆好多長頭髮，小度靈敏度也差，不智能。最讓我噁心的是酒店前台冰櫃裏賣的飲料竟然是過期的，我晚上拿了沒注意看，喝了幾口當時感覺味道有點淡，感覺不太對，也沒在意，第二天早上再喝的時候瞄了一眼日期，竟然過期2個月了！！！後來找前台也是退飲料錢了事！啥道歉都沒有！

垃圾至極，被單上有頭髮地上還有避孕套，叫前台給換被套説頭一天來上班不會換，保潔也下班了沒人給換，沒辦法要退房當時同意第二天退房錢，半夜11點出去別的酒店住的。結果第二天找他不認賬了説房錢不給退讓去找攜程，無奈報警和衞生監督也投訴了，警察來了秉公執法要求立刻微信轉賬退款了，大家擦亮眼睛，跟前台溝通時來好幾個反應床單臟來投訴的，看來是屢教不改的不要在這住
