"Before booking, I thought the price was a bit steep and I hesitated, but after checking in, I realized it was totally worth it. It really proved the saying, 'you get what you pay for'! The lavish buffet, the numerous recreational facilities within the hotel, along with a wide range of activities, a coffee bar, a late-night bar, and even a newly opened ice rink... there was simply too much to do! The next afternoon, I had originally planned to revisit Sensation Island, but I ended up changing my mind and stayed at the hotel instead. It truly felt like a perfect vacation. It's suitable for both adults and children, and the kids absolutely loved it!"

The front desk sometimes cannot reach the phone and there is no network. When the hotel does not have Wi-Fi, there is a mobile signal, but the China Unicom and China Telecom signals are very poor."

The complimentary free-flow drinks in the lobby were delicious – we probably had close to twenty cups over two days! The restaurant food was also good; we had three meals there with hardly any repetitive dishes. The unlimited free access to Xiansha Island was fantastic, and I highly recommend the Xiangsha Peak for an exciting and fun experience!"

"The front desk staff at this hotel had a ** problem 1. When checking in, the front desk guy said that breakfast ended at 9:00, but the room card said it ended at 9:30. I just asked the service staff which one was based on. He said their kitchen aunt got up at 3:00 in the morning to make breakfast. Why can't the guests understand their aunt's hard work? I don’t understand why he was so angry with us before we checked in. 2, booked a parent-child room, 10:30 pm washing found the hotel no children's toothbrush, called the front desk to send down, the front desk deep sigh made me think I was wrong. When I opened the door to collect my toothbrush, I felt that the front desk guy's eyes wanted to **. There is no tissue in the toilet behind, so I dare not call to ask for it, for fear of something happening. 3, around 10 pm found the quilt a bit thick, called to only the quilt cover to sleep. The front desk reluctantly gave you a quilt cover, saying that you don't want me to give you a dirty quilt cover either. Inexplicable! Early style in general, is the standard of homestay, acceptable. What is unacceptable is that when we had breakfast in their dishwashing room, we found that they didn’t use detergent or anything like washing the dishes. They just washed the chopsticks and plates with clean water, and then continued to use them,🌚🌚 Roads are under construction near the hotel, making it inconvenient to drive in and out of the hotel. Advantages In this small county town the decoration style of the room is still relatively refreshing, the room is relatively clean."

Rather sloppy check-in process but not too key in affecting the stay experience. Good pit stop before heading to the desert."

"This hotel is located right in Yuesha Island. We went to play in the morning and it was completely empty. The tent material is thick, there are no bugs, and it's very pretty. Step outside and you're in the desert, with great views everywhere. You can climb the sand dunes to watch the sunrise and sunset. It's just a short walk to the dining area, which has hotpot, BBQ, and lively activities. The starry sky at night is absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!"

"There seems to be a communication problem between departments. We tried to book a hotpot dinner for 6 people, but the front desk said it was fully booked for the evening. We left our number to be notified. Dinner starts at 6 PM, and by past 7 PM, we still hadn't received a call. So, we decided to go to the restaurant to check the situation. At the restaurant's reception, the staff asked how many people were in our party and said a 6-person table had just canceled its reservation, and they were about to call us. So, we went in. To our surprise, once inside, there were at least 6 or 7 empty tables for 6 people. We also noticed another 3 consecutive 6-person tables that were empty in another section. Additionally, several 4-person and 2-person tables were also empty. Yet, the front desk had claimed the hotpot was fully booked. Pictures confirm this. If all these empty tables were indeed reserved, why were they still available after 7 PM for a walk-in, while genuine customers like us were left waiting unnecessarily? What kind of reservation system do you have? If these tables weren't reserved, why were both the front desk and the gate staff telling everyone it was fully booked? Don't tell me these empty tables were just vacated by the previous wave of guests. One or two tables, maybe, but it's too much of a coincidence for 7 consecutive tables to have just left. I'm unsure if it's a management issue or if the staff were deliberately messing with customers, but the overall feeling was terrible. Next time I visit Xiangshawan, I definitely won't choose a hotel on the island again."

Getting to Yuesha Island from the hotel was super convenient, with a shuttle service always available. "This was my first time glamping in a desert RV, and the experience was surprisingly good! The campsite is right on the edge of the desert, so in the evening, stepping outside, you're treated to a spectacular desert sunset. The RVs are new, with excellent hardware. The interior space is adequate, and the facilities are complete and clean, with great air conditioning. The campsite itself has comprehensive amenities, convenient parking, and is very close to the Xiangshawan Scenic Area. It was a unique accommodation experience, definitely worth trying with family. The only downside was the 'soft' aspect, which is likely due to it being privately owned, leading to a noticeable difference from chain hotel services. The staff's service needs improvement. When we checked in at the front desk, there was no one to greet us, and the owner was engrossed in a phone call even though we were right there. With no other guests around, we still waited nearly half an hour to check in, which was a bit of a negative experience."
