大家避雷！這家酒店體驗太差！
最要命的問題是，酒店的熱水極其不穩定！水温根本不可控，調好的温水忽冰忽熱，孩子燙的直叫，大人也受不了！
打電話跟前台反映，前台的答覆是：酒店不是每個房間獨立熱水，而是中央空調那樣集中供水。那也不至於冷熱水不可控！洗個澡跟坐過山車一樣，還無法解決，誰住你家酒店誰就活該冰火兩重天？！
服務員也憨憨的，打電話要個拖鞋，一個小時都沒送，去前台問説是忘了……
顯示是2024年開業的，但是設施完全不像是新開的酒店。地毯臟兮兮，凳子扶手一拉就掉，洗臉池的水龍頭水很小。
早餐種類確實很多，但是客觀的講，味道確實不咋地。羊雜沒味，奶茶是温的。
總之，不推薦這家酒店。

一進酒店的門，那個大堂寬敞的不像話，金碧輝煌，感覺自己像個貴族，酒店環境也美極了，我跟朋友説咋們是不是走進了童話的世界，在這裡是一種享受，前台的服務跟小天使一樣温暖我關心我，並沒有像別的酒店愛答不理，把我像皇上一樣照顧着，我受到前所未有的尊重。像媽媽對孩子一樣無微不至的照顧。酒店前台的服務真是讓人流連忘返

辦理入住時正好趕上人多，本以為要等很久，沒想到前台小姐姐效率超高，一邊快速核對訊息，一邊還笑着解答旁邊客人的問題，忙而不亂，語氣始終温柔有耐心。我預訂時出了點小插曲，房型和預期有點出入，跟前台説了之後，他們沒多糾結，馬上幫忙協調換了更合適的房間，還主動送了歡迎飲料，全程態度特別好，一點沒讓我覺得麻煩。

這家酒店的客房太加分了！房間敞亮透氣，衞生做得是真到位，連洗手枱邊角都沒污漬。床睡得特香，早上起來渾身輕鬆。退房時發現昨晚隨手丟的外套被疊得整整齊齊，這點小細節真挺暖的。
