Holiday Inn Dalat Xiangsha

When I arrived at the door of this hotel with the same name at 9:30 in the evening, the outer wall was a neon sign with the name of Xiangsha Holiday Hotel. The one I checked in was not the same name. The lobby on the first floor had almost no lights, so it was dark and the whole lobby was dirty. Poor, the items are arranged in an disorderly manner, and the elevator is old and squeaky; the hotel room we arranged is on the second floor. Opposite the corridor of the room is the restaurant door, and the corridor is filled with the choking smell of cigarette smoke and vomit garbage in the corridor; the room There is a huge gap between the actual interior and the photos posted online. The hardware is old and a Simmons bed sheet is placed directly on it. The photos show the state of the biscuit grid, and it creaks when you turn over at night. Chrome people. The corridor lights and bathroom lights in the room are voice-activated. The corridor lights come on whenever there is movement. The lights in the bathroom go out before washing. The teacups are dirty. The door is full of shampoo and soap stains after bathing. The cabinets are all stained. A simple object that I assembled by myself, the edges of the cabinet are so sharp that the iron can cut them with your hands; the names of the slippers and towel shops in the room are the same, and the towels are white and dirty gray that cannot be washed out; the stools in the room are all dirty! The breakfast was like garbage, the dining utensils were extremely dirty and there was very little variety. From checking into the hotel to dining, there was no warm service, and she felt like someone owed her 250! I chose this hotel with a high price based on the pictures posted on Ctrip's website. In the end, I found out that I had been deceived. I took my two children on a long journey to check into this helpless hotel in the middle of the night. If the baby hadn't been sleepy, I would have really needed to change hotels. Ctrip can’t solve the hotel problem, and there’s nothing they can do about it. At least the people who review it on Ctrip don’t know how to review it, and they can still sell such a shabby hotel online! Please don’t book this shabby hotel!

該説不説酒店很舒服，性價比很高，服務態度非常棒，酒店很高端大氣上檔，交通出行也很方便，下次還來～

此次入住體驗極佳。酒店環境整潔，設施完備且維護良好。工作人員服務周到、專業高效，能及時響應需求。所處地段優越，出行便利。下次出行，仍會優先選擇。

設施完善，早餐品種很多，外地人也能吃的慣，豆漿油條還有我最喜歡的蛋炒飯，停車方便，最主要的是乾淨，服務很好，值得推薦。

接旅行團隊的酒店，工作人員服務意識基本為零，早餐説到9：00，其實8：40下樓，菜品很多是空的了，8：50就開始收拾掃地。設施也是很簡單，衞生間和廊燈居然用感應的，洗澡一半自己會滅燈，需要出來晃一下，廊燈半夜睡覺動個被子就亮起來幾分鐘。還有很多槽點，就不一一描述了。
