An unexpectedly wonderful trip! This was my first time staying at a Pullman hotel, and it felt as warm as springtime. Huge thanks to Coco for upgrading my room; it was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean! They even provided a complimentary breakfast for two! The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and the service was excellent. Coco, the butler, was very responsive to all my requests, even helping me switch to a latex pillow. It was a very pleasant experience! I'll definitely recommend it to friends, and I'll choose to stay here again next time!
