Loved the service here and attention to detail. Staff were all so friendly and made us so welcome. Really outstanding!  From the time we stepped out the car, all the staff made us feel so welcome. The concierge even helped me to book a late night snack on ******* then paid for it on his app when mine wouldn’t work. Really superb service!

Location was great too. Short walk of maybe 8 minutes to the Dapuqiao (Line 9) station inside the Sun Moon shopping centre with lots of eateries. Very near to Tianzifang which is 15 minutes walk. Great specialty coffee cafe called Danro Coffee within 10 minutes walk. And within 5km to many major sights in Shanghai within the Huangpu area.

From the moment we stepped out of the car, the concierge team greeted us with genuine smiles and prompt service. The front desk staff were professional and efficient, swiftly handling our check-in while thoughtfully introducing the hotel facilities and special services. The lobby's elegant design and subtle fragrance instantly made us feel relaxed.

🛌 **Guest Room: A Perfect Blend of Luxury and Technology**
The room was spacious and well-laid out, with breathtaking views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was the epitome of comfort – high-thread-count sheets felt incredibly soft against the skin, and the mattress offered just the right amount of support, ensuring we slept soundly every night. The mini-bar was well-stocked, and the complimentary daily replenished drinks and snacks were a thoughtful touch.

🍽️ **Dining: A Top-Tier Feast for the Senses**
Breakfast offered an abundant selection, from freshly squeezed juices and local specialties to Eggs Benedict; every dish was exquisite and delicious. The evening dining was stunning, perfectly blending traditional flavors with creative twists. The lobby bar had an elegant atmosphere, and the mixologists were incredibly skilled. Room service was also swift and efficient, with no compromise on quality.

💎 **Facilities and Service: Impeccably Professional**
The gym had state-of-the-art equipment, and the pool's water was crystal clear with a serene environment. What impressed us most was the attitude of all the staff – every employee we passed proactively greeted us and offered assistance. Housekeeping service was incredibly responsive, and the turndown service was meticulous, even down to the thoughtful placement of slippers.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Nanjing Road and The Bund, making getting around extremely convenient.

This wasn't just a stay; it was an experience of being well-cared for and full of delightful surprises. Pullman Shanghai Jing An truly exceeded expectations; every detail showcased respect and care for guests. If there were an option beyond ”five-star,” we would undoubtedly choose it. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff for their efforts; we will definitely be back!

Shanghai Hotel Stay Experience | Pullman Shanghai South

My child had a performance on the last day of the New Year in the ballroom at Pullman Shanghai South. Knowing traffic would be a nightmare that morning, we decided to check in a day early.

Upon arrival, the front desk already had our room ready. The service was excellent; they were incredibly accommodating, even providing earplugs when we asked. 

We stayed on the 16th floor. The room was spacious and had a business-oriented feel. The bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was a bathtub – perfect for a relaxing soak if you're not in a hurry.

Since we had a performance, we were granted a late check-out and free parking, which was a huge plus.

We had breakfast and lunch at the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was a buffet and quite good.

We had a pleasant stay at Pullman Shanghai Qingpu Excellence. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained (5/5), which made our stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful (4/5), always ready to assist when needed. The amenities (4/5) were good and suitable for families — especially the pool and breakfast options.

However, the location (3/5) felt a bit far from the main attractions and city center, so traveling to and from places took some extra time.

Overall, it’s a great choice for families looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay with good service.

Overall had an excellent stay with staff being very nice and Manisha the housekeeper doing great job in maintaining the rooms clean. Sadly fallen ill during my stay there as the aircon appears faulty. Had a musky metallic smell in room with no windows. Would need to fix facilities.

The room itself was spacious however and also had station 1 min walk away. Would be nice to have bigger supermarkets nearby but food places are available closely and a mini supermarket. Convenient.

Great hotel for a business stay or staying central in Downtown - the view from Executive room is pretty good but not spectacular as Burj Khalifa is not so front and center.
Amenities are good, we especially enjoyed the squash court and gym with an actual Smith Machine - beats other hotels that usually stock up 10 dumbbells and 5 treadmills.
Had an issue with an iron, which they quickly addressed - but apparently there is just a single socket for that EU-style plug. Weird they do not stock irons with UK-style plugs which are used in UAE.
We also noticed some mould around bathtub which irked us a bit. Otherwise cleaning was good.
This was our honeymoon trip and they left a small cake and a lovely card on our arrival, along with some balloons - a sweet gesture which we appreciated. Balloons were not removed the next day however but that is fine, maybe some couples enjoy them (haha).

Our stay was excellent, the location is good, there’s metro station that’s near by walking. The breakfast & Executive Lounge were all excellent 💯

Отель неплохо расположен- рядом с аэропортом, выездом на две основные трассы вдоль города, рядом станция метро, выход из отеля прямо в торговый центр. Очень большой номер из двух комнат и кухни. Однако, есть и существенные минусы: 
- тонкие окна и очень шумно за окном даже ночью
- жесткий матрац
- в номере было душно, кондиционер не регулировался по температуре
- проход на зватрак через подземную парковку
- необхиодмо стоять в очереди ожидая столик на завтрак
- сам завтрак не впечателяет. Выбор блюд не большой со средним качеством и долгим ожиданием.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The breakfast service was excellent. But what truly blew me away was the breathtaking Eiffel Tower view from the balcony. Stepping onto it redefined the moment – the Parisian landmark, the Eiffel Tower, was right there before me, in all its glory, creating an unparalleled and awe-inspiring experience.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, spacious and tidy rooms with complete facilities, comfortable bedding, and good sound insulation. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and the breakfast offers a rich and varied selection. It provides great value for money, making it an excellent choice for both business trips and leisure travel. Definitely worth staying again.

The Pullman Bercy is ideal if you want a relaxed, modern hotel in an extremely safe and accessible neighbourhood. Great for those who value comfort and luxury.

+ Location: From the hotel it's a few mins walk to the M14 line, a new and safe metro line that is connected tobAirport Orly and Gare du Lyon train station (RER A/B trains to Disneyland Paris and Charles de Gaulle Airport). M14 can also take you into central Paris to see the Louvre, Notre Dame and Palais Garnier within 30mins. 

+ Cleanliness: The room, including water and towels, was refreshed daily.

+ Air Conditioning: The a/c worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. 

- The TV did not have chromecast or similar wifi-streaming features available.
