Booked this hotel in Dalian last minute for one night. It's very new, and you can definitely tell – super clean. They proactively upgraded me to a sea-view room, which was a nice touch, though the weather wasn't great. It's located in the central Donggang area, very close to the Venice Water Town and the waterfront. I arrived quite late and the bell staff wasn't around, but the front desk attendant helped me with my luggage. Breakfast was good. The next day, both the front desk and bell staff were very welcoming when I checked out. Definitely recommend.
