"Various issues. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor; I don't know what it was. There were no disposable slippers in the room; I had to ask at the front desk. Why wasn't this mentioned before check-in? After returning from my trip, I searched the room for ages but couldn't find them. I only found out after checking out and asking the front desk. They said disposable slippers were required, and the front desk isn't open 24 hours; I had to call them to get them to come out. Maybe this is a local issue. It's hard to give a proper review. It's true that the staff working late is unpleasant, but the room had no ventilation and smelled awful. Bad review. I never wanted to come back after this one visit. I didn't even stay; I just left my luggage there. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, there are much better options."

"This was my second trip to Dalian, and I booked this hotel on Ctrip after seeing good reviews online. The hotel lobby is luxurious and grand, and the whole place is very clean. The front desk staff were polite and welcoming. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant, and later received a surprise fruit platter in our room, which made us feel right at home. The fifth-floor garden platform felt like something out of Europe – truly memorable! If only there was an outdoor infinity pool, it would be absolutely perfect. I'll definitely be back."

It was so delicious I didn't even take a single picture; I was too busy eating! The cherry pork was amazing! We might even stay another night because of this meal! However, there are a few things that need improvement. First, there weren't enough clothes hangers in the room's closet. Second, there wasn't a place to put towels and bath towels in the public hot spring bathroom area, and there was no bag to put our wet swimsuits in, which was a bit inconvenient."

"I chose this place because it's incredibly close to Exit C2 of Youhao Square Metro Station, probably just over 100 meters away. It's tough to get a taxi in Dalian, and there are no shared bikes, so I ended up taking the subway back many times. That made the location my top priority. Secondly, the room was spacious, clean, tidy, and very stylish. I loved the layout. My child loves bathtubs, so I opted for a king room, and soaking in the tub was truly relaxing. This place is exceptionally modern; robots deliver food and other items. Food deliveries can't enter the elevator, which adds to the security. Every guest has a dedicated butler providing one-on-one service, including recommendations for attractions and food. It's also close to Zhongshan Square, so I often walked there to find something to eat. All in all, I stayed for four nights, ate well, slept well, found it convenient for getting around, and the service was thoughtful. I'll definitely be back!"

"I've stayed at this hotel for several years, always booking through the front desk. Everyone says Ctrip is cheaper, but this time I booked through Ctrip, and it turned out to be 80 yuan more expensive than the hotel itself. People will definitely ask why I didn't get a refund. Because I rarely book through Ctrip, I didn't know refunds were possible. I ordered a family deluxe suite with a good view. The room I went to was terrible. I went to the front desk, and they changed it for me. It was a little bigger than the previous room, but still completely different from what I expected. When I went up, the carpet, cabinet doors, and sheets looked like they hadn't been changed in ages; there was blood on them, the floor was covered in dust, and the showerhead was practically useless. The toilet was awful. I don't even want to talk about it anymore. I'm speechless. 😓"

Service: The steps at the entrance were quite high, and the staff, seeing us with luggage, immediately came over to help carry it up. It was incredibly thoughtful. The room hygiene was meticulously maintained, with every corner spotless. Special mention goes to the older staff members at the front desk; they are steady, thorough, and their service is attentive and sincere. Room: The room was spacious and open, with plenty of power outlets, making it super convenient to charge phones and power banks at any time. Cleanliness: Excellent and thorough. I had read reviews mentioning only paper cups and was a bit hesitant, but upon arrival, I saw that in addition to regular reusable cups, they also provided paper cups! Facilities: Not brand new, but very comfortable. The only minor issue was some water accumulation in the bathroom after a long shower, but it was manageable. Overall, it offers great value for money. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dalian! Outside the hotel, there are countless snack stalls, breakfast spots, and supermarkets, and the old-fashioned tram makes getting around incredibly convenient."

"Getting to the beach requires a taxi. The hotel is newly opened, and the renovation smell is strong. There was a lot of lint and hair on the room floor, but it was cleaned promptly after I reported it. The soaking tub filled up quickly. The breakfast was quite good. However, since most people bring children, there aren't many places to eat near the hotel. I asked if they could deliver breakfast for my child, and the front desk said I would have to buy it separately. I said they should be more considerate, and the manager said, "We've already let your child stay for free," implying that they couldn't possibly deliver breakfast? Are you sure you're not mistaken? I didn't say anything more. Later, due to hygiene issues, the staff brought some snacks and apologized."
