There was a huge trash dumpster not far away rom the front door of the hotel. Otherwise I like the location of the hotel, it’s close to shopping place, to restaurants and subways. And the front desk staff was very helpful to us first time visitors to Dalian."

There are shopping malls like Dalian Shopping Mall and Intime City nearby, and downstairs, there's a snack street with fruits, seafood, local specialties, and everything you could want. The facilities aren't brand new, but they're quite clean, and the service is very good. The only minor issue was that it took a bit of time to get the water heater temperature just right; otherwise, everything was perfect."

It was too cold to go into the sea when I went there, so soaking in the hot springs was very comfortable. Hygiene: Hygiene is very good, housewife is very responsible Environment: There is a restaurant next to the hotel. The location is very good. There are a lot of delicious food when you go out. It is a short walk to the beach. Service: Everyone is very enthusiastic about the service, especially the handsome guy wearing glasses at the front desk. He is very patient and responsible. "This is my second time staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the high standards set during my first visit.During my first stay, I was incredibly impressed by the outstanding hospitality of the front desk lady who assisted me. She personally accompanied me to my room to ensure everything was perfect, seamlessly arranged my taxi bookings, and made sure my transport arrived exactly on time. Her attention to detail made me feel valued.Regrettably, no one provided that level of care during this trip. The check-in process felt purely transactional—the front desk staff simply handed me my room key with no extra effort or welcoming gesture.I chose to return because of the exceptional service I received initially, but this second experience felt indifferent. I hope management can train all staff to deliver the consistent, high-quality service that made this hotel stand out in the first place."

"Hotels in Dalian are indeed cheaper during the off-season. I chose one based on Trip.com's recommendation, and the customer service reached out half a day beforehand to confirm my check-in time. They even allowed an early check-in since a room was available, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel boasts modern facilities, including a projector. It was rainy during my stay, so watching movies on the big screen in the hotel was incredibly enjoyable. The front desk also provided umbrellas. There are many popular attractions around the hotel, and Zhongshan Square is just an 800-meter walk away. The room had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom, and you could grab water freely from the front desk. They also offered coffee and honey water upon request. The laundry room on the first floor was very comfortable. Kudos to all the staff for their excellent service!"
