"Had a fantastic experience! It's super easy to find, right across the street from the subway exit. Plus, it's not too far from Venice Water Town and Sea Rhyme Park. The front desk service was excellent, and the room itself was spacious and well-equipped. Security is great too, with a controlled access entrance to the building and a key card entry system for the room. The natural light is amazing, and you can even catch the sunrise in the morning. Plenty of dining options nearby for all your meals, including late-night snacks!"

"My stay here was fantastic! The room had great natural light and was incredibly clean, without any strange odors. It was well-equipped with air conditioning, a fridge, a desk, a TV, WiFi, and even a washing machine, and the room itself was very spacious. The soundproofing was excellent, so it was really quiet at night! The hotel felt very safe too. You can't use the elevator without a room card, and food deliveries go to a locker downstairs, so even solo travelers who are a bit wary can feel secure [happy face]. The location is superb, right next to a subway station, making travel super convenient. It's also very close to Dalian Station, within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy! I even asked how much it would cost to extend my stay by an hour, and the owner said it was no problem and wouldn't cost anything [rose][rose][rose]. The owner is incredibly kind. I had to leave unexpectedly and didn't have time to buy disposable bedding. I was thinking of bringing my own sheets but felt lazy and didn't want to carry them. I asked if they had any, and they gave me a disposable set for free! They even upgraded my room for free, and I could see a stunning sunrise right from my bed. The view and my mood were both perfect."

From the bus stop in front of Pavilion, you can take a direct bus to Forest Zoo and Yinshatan Beach, and even reach a good photo spot for the cross-sea bridge. Taking the subway to Xinghai Square, Xinghai Park, and Sea-rhyme Park is also very convenient. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation."

"This hotel offers great value for money, so much so that I extended my stay by another day! What I liked most was the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and the shower had excellent water pressure – it was the most satisfying shower I had on my entire trip to the Northeast! The breakfast was also good; while not a huge variety, everything was refined and tasted delicious. The hotel's location is also superb, very close to Zhongshan Square, making it easy to get to other attractions. The cleanliness and service were both top-notch. My entire 4-day stay was truly enjoyable!"

First off, the location is excellent. Situated right by the main road, it's very convenient to get to, whether you're driving or taking a taxi. What's even better is the spacious, dedicated parking lot, which is a huge plus for self-driving travelers, eliminating any worries about finding a spot. The hotel exterior is impressive and modern. Stepping into the lobby, the bright floor-to-ceiling windows create an open and airy feel. The minimalist yet stylish decor, combined with soft lighting and a comfortable sofa lounge area, instantly melted away the fatigue of travel. Front desk service was a major highlight of this experience. The staff were genuinely friendly, polite, and handled check-in efficiently and professionally. What impressed me most was that they not only offered warm towels and tea but also thoughtfully asked about my room orientation preference and provided detailed information on breakfast times and local attractions. This kind of warm service was truly felt from the moment I walked through the door. Upon entering the room, my first impression was its spaciousness and brightness. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light and an expansive view, with the city landscape laid out before me. The room decor was cozy and elegant, and it was impeccably clean. The bedding featured Hilton's standard 'Sweet Dreams' mattress, offering a perfect balance of firmness, complemented by pillows of varying firmness. Lying down felt like being enveloped by clouds, ensuring a sound sleep until morning. Thoughtfully, there were multiple USB ports and hidden reading lights by the bed – a godsend for smartphone users. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the water pressure was excellent. The toiletries were from Peter Thomas Roth, their natural herbal scent washing away the day's fatigue and leaving me feeling instantly refreshed. During my stay, there was a minor incident that further solidified my appreciation for the hotel's service. Returning to my room on the second day, I found my key card demagnetized and couldn't open the door. After explaining the situation at the front desk, the staff immediately reissued a new card, proactively asked if I needed help with my luggage upstairs, and offered two bottles of water as an apology. This quick response and genuine attitude were truly touching. Breakfast was equally impressive. The restaurant environment was cozy and elegant, and the variety was extensive, like a small buffet. Both Western and Chinese options were abundant: freshly baked bread, freshly ground coffee, fresh juice, hot dishes like scrambled eggs, sausages, and hash browns, freshly made waffles at the noodle station, and hot congee and wontons. The servers cleared plates promptly, keeping the dining area tidy, making for a very pleasant dining experience. The hotel also features a gym and self-service laundry room, both well-equipped and convenient for business travelers or family vacations. While the gym isn't huge, it has essential equipment like treadmills and dumbbells, meeting daily exercise needs. The laundry room has both washers and dryers, solving the hassle of laundry during long trips. This stay truly allowed me to experience Hilton Garden Inn's service philosophy of being 'Friendly, Reliable, Caring, and Thoughtful.' Whether for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. The next time I'm in this city, this hotel will definitely be my first choice, and I'll enthusiastically recommend it to my friends!"

We're a big family, so we had a lot of luggage when we arrived. Lisa immediately greeted us with a smile at the hotel entrance and enthusiastically helped us with our bags, not showing any signs of annoyance. She was incredibly patient during check-in and great with the kids. Knowing we had children, she thoughtfully arranged a quiet, lower-floor room away from the street, and she even made sure it wasn't near the elevator to avoid noise at night and ensure a good rest. She was more considerate than we were ourselves! The moment we walked into the room, we were super pleased! The hygiene was impeccable. What truly touched us were Lisa's thoughtful details, every single one of them hit the mark! When we checked out, she even gave us a little gift that the kids absolutely loved. She told us where the nearby supermarkets and convenience stores were and even drew a simple map for us. Knowing we were visiting Dalian, she enthusiastically recommended reliable seafood restaurants and family-friendly attractions, even advising us on the best times to go to avoid crowds and the sun – it was incredibly helpful. Getting around Dalian, whether for shopping, seafood, or the beach, was very convenient. Traveling with kids was a breeze. Overall, our stay was truly impeccable, and Lisa's service made our entire trip incredibly enjoyable! She was gentle, patient, thoughtful, and meticulous, always greeting us with a smile and always looking out for guests. She was as warm and caring as family, making us feel so welcomed in unfamiliar Dalian. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Dalian!"
