説實話這家民宿我感覺真是特別特別好，我自己一個人出行，又是海景房，衞生又好，老闆和阿姨服務特別到位，如果下次來大連這家絕對是我的首選。

房間還可以乾淨整潔，房主大哥非常熱情周到，交通非常便利距離地鐵站2號線會議中心站很近 ，但是衞生間反味。

衞生環境都挺好的 一室一廳户型很滿意 樓下就是威尼斯水城附近有商場 交通很便利 地鐵站下樓走幾步就是 還可以騎共享單車

房間很乾凈！對面就可以看到大海，下樓幾分鐘就是會展中心的音樂噴泉廣場，上空海鷗飛來飛進去，拍照拍視頻很有氛圍感，還有遊艇碼頭各種遊艇可供觀賞。

從來沒遇到説話這麼沖的民宿服務，不舒服，影響旅遊心情。海景房沒問題，已經有心理準備，有遮擋物不能視野完全，但風景還是很美，還能聽到音樂節，一直到半夜凌晨。
