衞生：阿姨來打掃的時候拖布很有味道
環境：周邊的窄道特別容易堵車
服務：樓上的洗衣機和小度還蠻方便

環境：新開的酒店，位置非常好，離中山廣場和東港都不遠。周邊很多網紅吃的飯店。
衞生：整體乾淨，房間每天打掃淋浴房清理不足。
服務：服務很好，都會主動和客人問好，打招呼。有問必答。
設施：設施全新沒得挑。
早餐不錯，該有的都有，還有面當，味道蠻好的都。下次來大連還住這裏。

房間設施齊全，非常乾淨，位置也很好，去哪裡都很方便。酒店工作人員也都非常熱情，入住會送水和小水果，離店也給拿了伴手禮，期間遇到的小問題也都積極幫忙解決。距離很有名的日料店杉木非常近，步行十分鐘就能到，吃完飯散步就回去了。下次來大連還會住這裏！

酒店設施非常不完善。第一，沒有酒店停車場，要停到合作停車場一天40塊錢，還要走一段路。第二，酒店連微波爐都沒有，這麼多年第一次見沒有微波爐的酒店，客人想熱一下餐都沒法熱，這點錢都不捨得花不如不開酒店。最後前台有個***説話老打岔，很煩，打電話會一直打斷你説話完全不聽你説完。

我是25年9月份入住的，酒店為新裝修的，味道還是比較大的，電梯裏和房間均有明顯的刺鼻氣味，窗户有限位不能大開，不好放味。

服務人員態度都很好 設施太差了 第一次見華住會的酒店沒有冰箱和微波爐 房間很小 除了地理位置還可以 沒有任何優點 中途停電了好久 小冰箱裏的東西都壞了 花灑也很久都不穩定 一直不制熱水 過了很長時間一會出熱水一會出涼水 已經感冒了 非常無語的入住體驗
