The room is very good, close to the mountains and the sea. It is upstairs in the coffee shop. The service awareness needs to be improved. The parking lot cannot be used during the specified period, which is a bit inconvenient.

I came to stay after seeing the good reviews, but it was a very bad experience. It feels like there are several rooms in the cafe for you to live in. The front desk is occupied during business hours, and the whole building is empty after get off work. There was nothing around. I took a taxi out for dinner and came back late. The whole building was pitch black, and I needed a flashlight to go upstairs. The service attitude at the front desk is quite good, but they are not careful. There was no water or paper towels when we checked in, and the bathroom drain was blocked by a pile of hair. The first day the trash was collected but no water and rolls were given. I can't find anyone to ask for it when I run out at night. The next day, I gave water and paper rolls, and when I came back, I found that the room had been cleaned, and things hadn't been replenished and the trash hadn't been taken out. The little brother who specializes in responding to the situation will deal with it. The toilet is a smart toilet seat, but it is particularly easy to clog. I have unplugged it no less than three times, and I am careful every time I use it, because I am afraid that it will be blocked at night and no one will come to help. It is very close to the beach, that's the advantage. After checking out, I immediately changed to another homestay.

這次住的濱海路民宿真的超出預期！房間標配松下智能設備，衞生間用的都是大牌浴巾，毛巾，特別厚，舒適。窗外就是白雲山的綠樹和渤海灣的藍海，還有貼心的是管家服務。在樓頂天台可以邊喝邊看跨海大橋從晨霧裡露頭。既有高端配置又有暖心服務，非常滿意！

這次的入住體驗堪稱完美！這個民宿坐落在濱海路白雲山腳下，雖然叫民宿，但是硬件設施跟賓館無異，標配松下全智能馬桶，戴森吹風機。四周綠意環繞，空氣清新如天然氧吧。入住時還贈送咖啡抵值券，隨時可以品嚐濃香的咖啡，還可以送到房間，幸福感拉滿。最驚艷的是500㎡超大天台，可遠眺星海灣跨海大橋，看落日熔金，浪漫至極。民宿設計簡約而温馨，服務細緻周到，絕對是我這個海景控與咖啡控的不二之選！

如果是夏天還可以，冬天就算了，真的，屋裡沒有暖氣，衹能開空調和一個放置在地上的小暖氣，但是也很冷，在屋裡都快凍死了，洗澡水堪比冰火兩儀眼，一邊極冷一邊極熱，沒有中間選項，夏天還可以也是我瞎説的，畢竟我沒在夏天住過沒資格評價，但是冬天就算了，真的，聽人勸吃飽飯（圖源xhs，侵刪）都是夏天去拍的，哪有**冬天去啊（我）

以前的考拉民宿換老闆改成美森了，外牆皮粉刷了了個奇怪的芭比粉，除此之外的變化還由原來入住免費給兩杯咖啡變成給個十元代金券，免費寵物入住改成收費100。房間設施還是一樣的，建議不要住浴缸房間，浴缸的噴頭的熱水是有限的，沒等充滿浴缸水已經的涼的了，憑藉周邊安靜的環境和靠山臨海還是值得的，其他不要強求
