There is no sign outside, so you have to rely on the address to find it, so it's a bit difficult to find at first. I checked in on the 7th floor. The facilities are not new, but they are well-cleaned and have a TV, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and a large sofa, so I was able to stay comfortably. The rates are reasonable, so I would like to use it again if I have business in the area. It was mid-winter, but the floor heating and heating worked well, which was nice.

The facilities scored 4 points because there was a gap in the middle of the bathroom door in the room I stayed in, so there was a lot of water outside after taking a shower. It won't dry completely in a day. Everything else is good. The room is clean and has a refrigerator and washing machine. The location and environment are good for university research. The transportation is also very convenient. Building 3 is right next to KFC and is the most convenient place to enter. There are several bus lines here. I recommend this B&B.

服務比較好。環境也可以，入住的房間明亮整潔。相對高檔酒店，那肯定沒法比，但是相對普通酒店，這個價位，這個環境，這個服務那算很好了。空間夠用，也挺放鬆的。下次需要，還會入住。

性價比很高，安靜，就是退房有點早，房間沒有礦泉水。樓下是火車小鎮，有餐飲區和水果店。很多學生住店，有廚房，非但沒有微波爐或電磁爐。
