2025年五一假期，368元，沒有窗户（感覺和308元的房間差不多）屋裡有垃圾，屋裡悶，整體比較老舊，除了位置比較好，距離火車站和地鐵公交都比較近，其他有什麼優點

酒店位置説的挺不錯的，大連站出來往右手邊走幾步就到了，酒店房間挺多的，衞生也還不錯，也挺安靜的。
移動了一下床頭櫃子就露出來這個有點尷尬，還好是沒用過的不然不好解釋。
房間裏暖氣片沒有工作，空調開了最高30度一點熱風都沒有，還好被子夠厚，幸好我是南方人還比較習慣這個，這感覺要是北方人會不會發飆，這一路在東北出差第一次遇見這樣的。

這家酒店距離火車站真的超級近，步行沒多遠就到了，對於我這種經常需要趕火車的人來説，簡直是太方便了！而且，酒店周邊商場林立，想買點什麼或者吃點什麼，下樓走幾步就能搞定，生活設施一應俱全。
酒店內部的衞生狀況也讓人非常滿意，房間乾淨整潔，沒有任何異味，可以看出清潔工作做得相當到位。前台的服務更是沒得説，每一位工作人員都熱情禮貌，笑容滿面，讓人感覺賓至如歸。總之，這次入住體驗非常棒！

設施：房間電視機，空調機，電吹風機，獨立wifi路由器，牀頭櫃&掛衣架等一應俱全。集成衞浴乾濕分離～洗漱用品齊備。
衞生：布草潔白乾凈&地板清潔。
環境：賓館地處大連火車站附近，距火車站步行10分鐘左右。
服務：前台服務態度很好。我已經是第二次入住格林豪泰智選酒店了。攜程上預訂還有優惠劵。

1，位置位於大連站附近，交通方便
2，房間朝北，對面是條主路，每晚車來車往聲音很大，酒店單層玻璃，不隔音
3，可能是開的時間久，隔音效果不好，隔壁大聲説話，孩子打鬧都能聽到
