I went there for the big balcony, which is indeed big, but you can hardly see the sea from Qingyu's balcony. If you want to see the sea, I recommend Baiyu.
There are a lot of people on May Day, and the Fisherman's Wharf is a bit noisy. I think it will be much better in the off-season.
