Really wonderful service. The manager was so wonderful, she even added our wechat so we had direct communication with her. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The place was super clean. we had our own hot spring in our villa, it was easy to use and so relaxing. The resort itself was lovely . Will definitely go back for another staycation

Our stay started off a little bit chaotic, as the AC in our room is broken and there was a loud noise coming from the bathroom. Also we had a late check-out as we needed to sleep more however the cleaner disrupted our sleep. After this we spoke with the manager and she was very kind and made up for many of the issues that we had during our stay.
- Note: The hot springs are great! many different pools and not too busy when we arrived.
