The agent was very responsive. The check in/out was easy to do through the mini-program. The location was convenient for us: close enough to the metro, Xinghai Sq and the path up to the mountain for hiking. The room was clean and spacious, and it had good amenities. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

十分不滿意，大家如果預訂他家一定要要按金，他會拖着你兩天不給知道你用平台虛擬號給他打電話才會把按金給你，不然一直就告訴你已經返回了，已經退過按金了，其實根本就是沒給你，如果你不管他要記錄的話，他就會一直説給你退過按金知道有平台錄音，他才會十分勉強的把按金退給你，並且沒有絲毫的歉意，直接就不回消息，所以根本就不是忘記了，對於這種商家真的很無語 第一次見到要按金都不給的，估計沒有平台就直接跑路了

房間很差，屋外風景還行市山景，但是房間窗簾不遮光，房間空調在床頭，衞生間洗手池都是堵的，洗衣機用的插排也是壞的，小枱燈電源插口也是壞的，很久沒有遇到過這麼差的房間了

衞生環境很差，廁所反味有蟑螂🪳，定的家庭房衹有2雙拖鞋，而且沒有衞生紙，下午2點可以辦理入住，上午8點申請退房要求扣收200元服務費用，實際環境和照片一點也不一樣，工作人員服務態度也極差！！！
