This was the second time I stayed at this hotel. The personnel was very friendly and always ready to help out if you require assistance. I noticed the hotel location is pretty good, only a 10 minute walk from a modern shopping mall, that hosts an Apple Store, an Italian restaurant, and a Starbucks. Also a 10-12 minute walk to a big underground Walmart and a subway station, on the same line that takes you to the city centre. Overall, a good stay.

asked for a non-smoking room, but it was oversmoked. i woke up at night due to disgusting smell. breakfast was good and lobby is beautiful.

Clean and modern, but the room was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures. Heating was not yet turned on, so the room was very cold and I had to ask for a space heater. Too expensive, the room price should be half.

My full praise for service is limited to a few ladies at the front desk. Other aspects refreshed my understanding of the Atour brand! Over the years, I have chosen the Atour brand for many trips with family and friends. I uphold my trust in your brand and believe in the strength of your company. There is almost no soundproofing in this hotel, and the sounds of people talking upstairs or next door and the sounds of flushing and washing can be heard clearly. I couldn't sleep at all at night. I suffered from neurasthenia and tinnitus after staying for two nights. The problem of scanning the code to complain could not be solved, and there was no room rate discount. In the end, the lady at the front desk felt embarrassed and gave me a snack. In addition, the rooms in the new hotel are more crowded than those in Tokyo, Japan. Is the room price in Dalian very expensive? As for making it so small and crowded? Problems such as faucets peeling off and sewer bugs crawling into beds are endless. The carpets in the public aisles were badly stained. The location is acceptable, but it is not suitable to walk to nearby attractions in hot weather, so you can only take a taxi. I hope my true personal review can help friends who are traveling next time.
