HanTing Hotel (Dalian Zhongshan Square Subway Station)

The twin room I booked was changed to a superior king-size room. When I first went to the room, I found that the bed was extremely small. It was not big at all. There was a dead bug in the toilet, I didn't say anything, but the sound of the exhaust duct kept me awake when I was sleeping. The earplugs provided by the hotel were not of good quality and could not block the sound of the exhaust duct at all. Later, I was given a new room, which was barely livable. The hotel breakfast is very limited and the variety is very simple. But the hotel service attitude is very good.

I never write bad reviews, but this time I really can't help but complain. I went straight to the hotel right after getting off the plane, but the hotel alone brought my impression of Dalian to the lowest point. [Room] When booking the room, I only looked at the pictures. After entering the house, I looked around and found that the window was behind a curtain. It was never opened, which means there was no window. As soon as I entered the house, the smell was terrible and it was very stuffy. It must be that there was no ventilation all year round. Also, no matter how you adjust the air direction of the air conditioner in the room, it will blow directly towards the bed. My throat started to hurt the night I checked in, and I caught a cold the next day. I don’t know if it was because the virus in the room couldn’t dissipate, or because of the air conditioning. When I asked again, I was told that I had to pay for the upgrade, and that the information in each room had to be entered into the system. Since it was my first time staying at Hanting, I thought it would be like this. However, a few days later when I went to Hanting Yanji, the front desk took the initiative to upgrade me for free. Before getting on the elevator, I heard the front desk clerk yelling at an old man, saying that if the room couldn't be cleaned up, it couldn't be cleaned up, and I just had to wait. I looked at the time and it was already around two in the afternoon. [Environment] Next to this hotel is a super large garbage building, and there are a lot of illegally parked vehicles at the door.
