The whole family is very happy. The room is very clean. The toiletries are from Herborist specially bought by the boss. The sanitary ware is also branded and the air conditioner is from Mitsubishi. The boss is enthusiastic and recommends food and entertainment. The homestay is very close to the sea. The next day the boss also gave us a late check-out for free, which is convenient for us to travel. That's right. Will come again next time.

位置在居民區，民宿設施整潔比較新，能看出房主很注重品質。但是隔音一般，樓道空曠，門縫下面縫隙比較大，外面説話聲音會聽的很清楚。房主服務很好，有延遲退房的需求，很爽快的答應了。距離海邊走路5分鐘，很方便。

民宿較為乾淨整潔。訂的房間蘭，標間，略小，我們東西多，所以比較擠。不過也有空間大的標間，可價錢也貴。旺季都這樣。離海邊很近，旁邊有早餐店和小超市。要去其他景點的話，走到路邊公交也挺方便的，附近客流量較大，高峯期或雨天較難打車，但是公交班次很多。喜歡去海邊游泳、散心的，住這裏挺好。

環境非常好，老闆自己家別墅裝修的非常好，最關鍵的是老闆和打掃衞生的大姐特別乾淨，房間乾淨一點異味都沒有，收藏起來以後去大連就住他家了

房間很乾凈，住着很舒服，剛評論完一個房間，我們是全家5口人，住了2個房間，老闆和工作人員都很熱情，離海邊還近，洗漱用品是佰草集的，晚上回來老闆還備了水果和瓶裝水，有機會還住這裏👍乾淨、温馨、安全

衞生：非常乾淨，最滿意的是衞生間的清潔情況。
設施：齊全，水槽、廁所、空調都是用的品牌貨。菊房間有個榻榻米，孩子喜歡在上面玩玩具。
環境：老闆自己修的一棟獨棟，附近有超市、葯房、早餐店、餐館，非常方便。
服務：為我們服務的大哥和大姐非常熱情，老闆也熱心，還幫忙指點行程。
美中不足的是沒有電梯，每天上下四樓有點累。有時候斷網以後，密碼鎖打不開，建議老闆改成密碼和門卡的雙開門方式。

民宿是一個單獨的小院子，非常乾淨也安靜，房間在本就收拾乾淨的基礎上還會在顧客入住前再清掃一遍、説是大連風大避免有灰塵；床單被褥都特別乾淨特別白、完全沒有連鎖酒店那種用久了微微發黃的感覺，老闆説他家床單被罩都是自己單獨清洗晾曬，就是為了避免都混在一起不衞生；老闆很友善、聊了會天能感覺到非常理性，有自己的經營邏輯和原則，非常注重民宿的安全和衞生管理，這讓人很踏實；管家大姐和大哥都非常和善，每次見了都笑嘻嘻的，有需要麻煩他們的時候也總是笑着説“哎呀，沒事兒沒事兒，不要這麼客氣”；位置也非常方便，樓下吃飯、買水果都有，去趕海、去沙灘都能溜達着去，配上大連蜿蜒起伏的路和海風，就那麼慢慢的走一走，絕啦！在這裏住最大的感受就是，就像我就生活在這裏，就像我回了老家，心裏首先就放鬆下來了，我覺得這就是旅遊的意義，我們想逃離的是日復一日的工作加在身上的束縛，能讓我們真的放鬆的，除了美景，還有人文和生活氣息，所謂：人間煙火氣，最撫凡人心。而這些，這裏都有。ps：這是走路不到10分鐘處的海邊，很美～
