## Wonderful Family Stay at The Castle Dalian We stayed as a family for four nights at The Castle Dalian and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Our spacious and beautifully decorated room on the 12th floor offered stunning views of the sea, making our stay truly memorable. The hotel’s entrance lobby is impressively large and elegantly designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from the start. For families with children, there is a large play area available, which requires an additional fee. Fortunately, hotel guests receive a discounted rate. Outside, the hotel boasts a charming small park with fantastic views over the bay and lovely landscaping—perfect for a relaxing stroll. The hotel is situated on a small hill, so the walk back to the city center is a bit long. However, the free shuttle bus service is very convenient, providing easy transport down to the city and back. Our room was thoughtfully furnished and very spacious, including a large and well-equipped bathroom. One minor downside was that there was only one power outlet next to the bed (on one side only), and no USB ports for charging phones, which would have been a nice addition. Breakfast and other meals at the hotel were delicious, with a rich selection of both Chinese and Western dishes to choose from. The only area for improvement would be the cleanliness of the restrooms in the breakfast restaurant, which unfortunately were often untidy and in need of more frequent attention. The swimming pool, maintained at 27°C, was not ideal for small children as there is no separate kids’ section. Guests should also note that wearing a swim cap is mandatory. The pool area includes a mini Finnish sauna and a steam sauna integrated into the changing rooms. However, there are only loungers next to the pool, so the sauna experience was quite different from the relaxing sauna visits we are used to in Europe. Overall, The Castle Dalian offers a lovely stay with beautiful views, excellent food, and family-friendly amenities, making it a great choice for travelers visiting the area.

The room was very comfortable. All clean, good air conditioning and illuminated. The staff is so kind and friendly. They were all time in communication, before and during my stay, attentive to what I could need.

A really nice place to spend holiday！Service is very polite！The breakfast can be sent to your room when you wake up. Close to beach， about 30 meters. And you even can ask for chairs and table to beach have order some food！Much better to come here with your girlfriend/boyfriend！

The location is good, near Xinghai Square. The high-rise view can directly see Xinghai Square. It is about 1 km away on foot. There are many shops downstairs. It was our wedding anniversary that day. The hotel took the initiative to upgrade the room and arranged it for us. Thank you~ The room layout is reasonable, clean and hygienic, and the decoration is very new. It provides a dry and wet separated bathroom and a separate bathtub. The room is large, the bed is very comfortable, and the hygiene is also very clean. The only drawback is that the pillow is not comfortable enough, which affects the quality of sleep. There is a hair in the washbasin. I called the front desk to give feedback. The front desk service attitude is also very good and the response speed is fast. I asked whether to change the room. Because it was too late, I didn’t change it. After the communication, we were given breakfast, which was very good, but compared with Crown in other cities, there are not many varieties and it needs to be improved. The overall service is relatively full marks

Booked more than half a month in advance, can only say that you have to spend more money on holidays. Overall it's pretty good, but some details can't be chased. The room card is 30, although I found it in the end and returned it. This is the first time I spent money on the room card. The cleaning lady asked for two more bottles of water and had to ask the front desk. Breakfast can only say that there are not many things. The room is pretty good, and it is still heated. Overall, everything is worth the price. The location is very good, and the back door leads directly to Xinghai Park. You can consider staying in the family room for three people multiple times, and it is generally good. It is convenient to go everywhere.

Facilities: Well maintained Hygiene: Very good hygiene, the aunt will ask about the time when cleaning. Environment: Very good location, very close to Xinghai Square, many choices of convenience stores, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. And it belongs to the Centennial Community, there are no cars in the community in the morning, and the children like to run around and bask in the sun. Service: Very good service, very parent-child friendly, as soon as they arrived, they gave the children a toiletries set, and also gave them snacks and fruits. The front desk service is very kind, helping to the best of their ability, thumbs up, it is really warm. I will stay in our hotel next time I come to Dalian, thank you very much for this pleasant stay experience.

The environment is very good. The hotel is clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk is very nice and provides attentive service. The children I brought with me were also provided with children's slippers, toothbrushes and shower gel. It was very good. The service attitude and sound insulation were excellent. The American-style rooms are very high-end, the bathrooms are all brand-name, and the price/performance ratio is first-class. The hotel facilities are complete. I will come again. I am very satisfied!

☝️酒店很適合小朋友，與海洋館的企鵝館相連，推開房間門就能看到憨態可掬的企鵝，小朋友很興奮。 💙講一下房型，有窗户的沒魚缸，有魚缸的沒窗户，這次我們住的沒有窗户，但不悶，沒什麼感覺。整體不錯，屬於小朋友來説是比較特別的體驗。 🔺給大家一些參考，評論都提到了-氣味：在走廊裏是有些味道的，也能感覺到酒店也想用香味掩蓋動物的味道，雖然沒有很明顯，但仔細聞是能聞出來的，所以，非常非常介意的，慎入。房間是沒有味道的，主要是在走廊外面

Before my trip, I did some research and decided on the Orange Crystal Hotel. It occupies floors 15 to 19 of the building, making it very quiet. Honestly, whether the room was south-facing or not didn't really matter to me. The hotel is newly renovated and exceptionally clean, with the bathroom, in particular, being spotless. The air conditioning was responsive, and the curtains were motorized. Breakfast was decent, but the highlight was the incredibly fresh fruit. The hotel's free laundry service was a huge plus! Highly recommended. The staff were very friendly and responsive to any questions or issues. As I caught a cold, I checked out a day early, and the check-out process was incredibly smooth. Even after returning home, I received a follow-up call from the hotel, which is quite remarkable. This is truly an excellent hotel.

Bayshore hotel was an amazing stay we stayed in the family suite and it met our expectations. Everything was clean and spacious, the breakfast was okay, they did t have much of a western spread but it was up to standards just the food was always cold. The location was great it was really close to Xinghai park and xinghai square. The only issue we had was the elevator I know the concept of the twin elevator was innovative but during peak time you would wait a good 5 to 10 min for the elevator. However the stay was great and I would definitely consider staying at bayshore hotel again.
