Recently, I came to Dalian for tourism and chose to stay at Xinglan Skyline. It really added a touch of color to this trip. There is a gym and laundry room, but they are a bit small, especially the laundry room, which feels like it was added later. 4. The hotel states that children under 17 years old can enjoy free breakfast. 5. The heating is sufficient and you can wear short sleeves indoors. insufficient: 1. There is no place to dry clothes in the laundry room. You can only take them back to the room. They say they can be dried, but you have to wait a long time, especially when there are many people waiting in line to wash clothes. The laundry detergent of unknown brands is not effective. It is recommended to bring your own laundry detergent. 2. The laundry room in the gym was dark, and the security guard said it was closed because there were too few people staying there to save electricity. It's scary to do laundry alone 3. Because there were few people staying at the hotel, the restaurant stopped operating without notifying the residents, which wasted their trip 4. Children dine for free in the restaurant, but the restaurant has stopped operating and only delivers boxed lunches to the rooms. Children are no longer free. One of the children is over 1.3 meters tall and the other is less than 1.2 meters tall. We told the staff and they said we had to apply. In the end, they agreed to give them more porridge, eggs, small breads, etc., but boxed lunches were not allowed and they had to be charged! I am speechless. . . The food in the box lunch is the same as what you eat in the restaurant. The hotel is contradicting themselves by labeling it themselves! ! ! 5. For the family room, when we checked in, we were provided with double towels and bath towels (we always bring our own bath towels when staying in a hotel, so we don't care about these). Double water was also provided. What does a family room mean? It is for at least 3 people, and they only provide double water. I reported this to the staff, and they gave us extra water. But when we checked out, they told us there were fewer bath towels. Weren't there three? 😪, speechless again, it was double when I checked in, you can check it yourself, it's really depressing I would like to praise the restaurant's main service, and the cleaning staff who cleaned the room were also very enthusiastic and provided good service.

I felt the enthusiasm of the store owner on the first day of my stay. They also helped me take my suitcase to the door of the room. The homestay is very close to the subway entrance. I check in at various attractions every day. It is very convenient to take the subway, and you can also take a taxi. You can ask the store owner for recommendations on what you want to eat or what you want to do. The recommended restaurants and places are also very practical. The environment of this hotel is very good. There is also a large yard downstairs where you can sit and enjoy the breeze. It will be more comfortable in summer. When I went there, the season was not right and the wind was very strong. Each room also has a separate small terrace. I heard that each room is designed by a designer, which is really great.

一家充滿驚喜的酒店。 設施：房間設施一應俱全，洗手間非常非常大，好喜歡，洗手池設計的高度比較矮，正適合寶寶洗手，不需要踩凳子，設計很貼心。一樓有淘氣堡，風大的時候帶寶寶在那玩也不會無聊，還有很多繪本。 衞生：房間十分乾淨整潔，整體很新。洗髮水，沐浴露和護髮素質量很好，跟連鎖酒店比強太多。 環境：酒店開在一棟別墅裏面，別墅所在小區很高檔，環境很好。就在金石灘黃金海岸邊上，走路五分鐘到海邊，旁邊就是快樂雪世界，每天晚上六點半煙花秀，連看了兩天，正在陽台對面，地理位置可以説是絕了。 服務：服務很貼心，來和走都有人主動幫忙拿箱子，寶寶不開心了還會給寶寶送好吃的。

I didn’t see it. I lay back on the bed and then slept. Pet🐶friendly hotel. Dogs are allowed. The room📷is mainly ins style, very suitable for checking in and taking photos. The room🏡is also clean and tidy. The mattress is very comfortable (I forgot to ask what kind of mattress😢). Recommended restaurants around are within walking distance and are delicious! If you want to go to a tourist attraction, you can ask the front desk lady who will recommend it to you. She is super enthusiastic. The breakfast provided is also delicious. You can also take photos on the rooftop. Very, very, very recommended. The lady introduced that the B&B has many rooms, suitable for couples, families, and girlfriends to travel. Each room has a different style. Northeastern people are good at talking and enthusiastic.

I have been to a lot of hotels, AirBnBs and homestay in China but none have had the fineness, hospitality, cleanliness or comfort of Dalian Jinshi Designer Homestay. The staff is more than friendly, accommodating and enthusiastically friendly. As a foreigner who has been living in China for almost 6 years now it’s refreshing to find an accommodation that offers you services beyond your expectations. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants and expects a great and comfortable vacation. If I’m ever in Dalian again, be it with or without friends, I’ll definitely stay at the same place.
