The environment is too dirty, the room smells too much, it's all the oily smoke from downstairs, the bed sheet was covered by a customer who stayed there and didn't change it, asked to change it, only changed a pillowcase, it was itchy when I slept at night!

首先給前台的小姐姐一個好評，大晚上幫忙開門，晚點延遲走提前溝通了説停車出來收費會給停車小票，結果晚上來拿停車小票一男的説特價房沒有免費停車？我沒有看到你們平台上面寫了特價房不給免費，住的三天兩天是豪華標間，還區別對待上了，雖然最後那位小姐姐在給了，但是真的很不舒服
