The room is great and I'm very satisfied. It's located in the center of the city and it's very clean. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in in Western Sichuan. The most important thing is that it's cheap.

一進房發現房間有異味還很濃，致電前台，前台小姐姐倒是很利索提供了換房。
換的新房間一進去衹有4度，前台説地暖要自己開，沒關係，自己開，結果想不到地暖熱得非常慢，6點多等到12點多才温度升到16度，第二天起來終於20度，導致晚上冷了一晚。
最糟糕的是，本來打算洗個熱水澡暖暖身，結果沒有熱水，開了花灑20分鐘都沒有熱水，朋友打電話問前台，先是説故障要等20分鐘，等了還是冷水，再問改口要燒水還沒開等11點，11點再試還是冷水，再問又改口説12點，結果12點還是冷水，最後一晚都沒洗上澡，服務和設施很糟糕的體驗。
